1. The Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise (EPSE) has funds within the Procuring Entity's budget to be used for the procurement of Vehicles.

2. The Ethiopian Petroleum Supply Enterprise invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Lot-1: V-6, Diesel, Station Wagon Twin turbocharged & Lot-2: Passenger Van (Minibus) 2.8L Diesel high roof & Lot-3: Electric Vehicle, 130KW, 401KM. Cross over SUV

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from EPSE and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 9(a) from: 08:00 to 12:00 hours AM and 01:00 to 05:00 hours PM.

5. Bidders shall submit each of their bids into two separate outer envelopes, the first envelope containing the original and copy of the technical proposal envelopes; the second envelope containing the original and copy of the financial proposal envelopes.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents prepared in the English language may be obtained by any interested bidders, at the address below at 9(b) upon payment in cash, a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr Only) for each Lot.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 9(c) at or before November 26/2025 10:00 A.M. Addis Ababa time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 150,000 for LOT-1; Birr 75,000 for LOT-2& Birr 40,000 for LOT-3 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity date of the bid. The bid security shall be in CPO or a Bank guarantee or Bank certified cheque issued by a Bank established in Ethiopia.

8. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9 (d) at November 26/2015 10:05 A.M. Addis Ababa time.

በፍ/ባለመብቶች እነ አቶ ደስታ ግርማ እና በፍ/ባለዕዳ ወ/ሮ እመቤት የማነ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌዴራል መጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍ/ቤት በመ/ቁጥር 87751 በ4/4/2015 ዓ.ም እና በመ/ቁ/ 92779 በ21/7/2015 ዓ.ም በዋለው ችሎት በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ ትዕዛዝ መሠረት በጉለሌ ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 8 የቤ.ቁ 644 በካርታ መለያ ቁጥር A4000100801445 የሆነው የይዞታ ስፋት 525 ካ/ሜ የመንገድ ጥናት 17 ካ/ሜ የሚነካው ሆኖ የሐራጅ ሽያጭ መነሻ ዋጋ ብር 26,504,950 (ሃያ ስድስት ሚሊዮን አምስት መቶ አራት ሺህ ዘጠኝ መቶ ሀምሳ ብር) ሆኖ የትራንዛክሽን ታክስ ገዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ ህዳር 22 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በሐራጅ ይሸጣል፡፡ የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ በ5፡30 ሰዓት ተጀምሮ የቀረቡ ተጫራቾች ተመዝግበው እንደተጠናቀቀ ወዲያውኑ ጨረታው የሚካሄድ ይሆናል፡፡

የሐራጁ ሽያጭ የሚካሄደው በፌዴራል ፍርድ ቤቶች የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጽ/ቤት የጨረታ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ሲሆን፣ ንብረቱን ተጫርተው ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ቀደም ብሎ ባሉት አራት የሥራ ቀናቶች ውስጥ ባለመብቱ ለማስጎብኘት በሚመርጧቸው ሶስት የስራ ቀናት በፌ/ፍ/ቤቶች ፍርድ አፈፃፀም ጽ/ቤት ሐራጅ ክፍል ድረስ ጠዋቱ በ3፡30 ሰዓት ብቻ በመገኘትና ባለመብቱ በሚያቀርበው ትራንስፖርት ንብረቱን ባለበት ቦታ ድረስ በመውሰድ ለመጎብኘት የሚችሉ ሲሆን እያንዳንዱ ተጫራቾች በሚጫረቱበት ወቅት የንብረቱን መነሻ ግምት 1/4ኛውን በንግድ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ማስያዝይኖርበታል፡፡ ከ1/4ኛው አስበልጦም ሆነ አሳንሶ የሚመጣ ተጫራች በጨረታው አይካፈልም፡፡ በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ግለሰብ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ገንዘብ በአጠቃላይ ጨረታውን ካሸነፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በፍ/አፈ/ጽ/ቤት ስም CPO አሰርቶ በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ብቻ ሙሉ ገንዘቡን በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት፡፡ በጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነ በጨረታው ያሸነፈበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ ሳይደረግ ቀርቶ በቀጣይ ጨረታ ተደርጎ ጨረታው ከበፊቱ ጨረታ ቀንሶ ከተሸጠ ገዥው በልዩነት ተጠያቂ እንደሚሆን የፍ/አፈ/ጽ/ቤት ንብረቱን በህጋዊ መንገድ በሐራጅ ስለመሸጡ ለሚመለከተው አካል ማስረጃ ከመጻፍ ባለፈ ስም የማዛወር ግዴታ የሌለበት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

በሀገር መከላከያ ሚኒስቴር የልዩ ዘመቻዎች ዕዝ ጠቅላይ መምሪያ የ102ኛ ኮማንዶ ክ/ጦር ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን ዕቃዎች በጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ሎት 3 - የተለያዩ የመኪና መለዋወጫዎች ስለዚህ በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ድርጅቶች፡፡

1. ተጫራቾች ከሚጫረቱበት ዘርፍ ጋር ቀጥታ ግንኙነት ያለው በዘመኑ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ፤ የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት፤ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN)፤ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ሰርተፊኬት ያላቸው እና የዘመኑን የስራ ግብር የከፈሉበትን ማስረጃ የሚያቀርቡ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተገለጸው ብር መጠን በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ (CPO) ወይም የባንክ ጋራንቲ ብቻ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

3. የጨረታውን ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 /አንድ መቶ ብር/ ለአንድ ሎት በመክፈል ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በተከታታይ 15 ቀን ውስጥ ባሉት የስራ ቀናት አዲስ አበባ አምባሳደር ግቢ ውስጥ በሚገኘው የግዢ ቢሮ በመቅረብ መግዛት ይቻላል፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ውስጥ በማድረግ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ከጥቅምት 18 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም እስከ ህዳር 03 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ግዢ ክፍል ቢሮ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

5. ጨረታው ህዳር 03 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በ4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በ4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በመስሪያ ቤቱ በሚገኝ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ይከፈታል፡፡

6. መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

1. ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፤ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር፤ የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የምስክር ወረቀት፤ የንግድ ሰርተፊኬት እና ሌሎችም የህጋዊነት ማረጋገጫ ሰነዶች ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች በቅድሚያ የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 /አንድ መቶ ብር/ ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 በመክፈል ለዚሁ ጨረታ የተዘጋጀውን ሰነድ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 /አስራ አምስት/ ተከታታይ ቀናት ድረስ ቦሌ መንገድ ከቶታል ነዳጅ ማደያ ዝቅ ብሎ በሚገኘው ቢሯችን መግዛት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

3. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የዋጋቸውን 2%፣ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቼክ /ሲፒኦ/ በቅድሚያ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ሰነዶችን በአንድ ፖስታ አሽገው የጨረታ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ ከግዥ ክፍል በሚገኘው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ያስገባሉ፡፡

5. ተጫራቾች ለሚያቀርቡት አይነት ለጥራት ሙከራ ይሆን ዘንድ ናሙና⁄ ሳምፕል ከሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አብሮ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

6. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡትን ዋጋ ተእታ 15% በማካተት በግልጽ ጽፈው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።

7. ለሙሉ ልብስ፣ ቱታ፣ ገዋንና ሸሚዝ የሚሳተፉ ተጫራቾች ስለዝርዝር አፈጻጸሙ ቅድሚያ ውል በመፈረም ከማተሚያ ማህበሩ ዘንድ በአካል በመምጣት የእያንዳንዱን ሰራተኛ ልኬት በመውሰድና ጨርቅ በራሳቸው አቅርበው በልኬቱ መሰረት በትክክል ሰፍተው ማስረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

8. የጨረታ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባለው 15ኛው ቀን በ3፡00 ሰዓት ላይ የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ታሽጎ በዚሁ እለት በ3፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኘበት በማህበሩ የስብሰባ አዳራሽ/ የግዢ ክፍል ይከፈታል፡፡

ለ3ኛ ጊዜ የወጣ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ቱምሣ ዴቨሎፕመንት ግሩፕ ያገለገሉ መኪኖችን በጨረታ ለማስወገድ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም በጨረታው መወዳደር የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን መስፈርቶች በማሟላት መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡

4. ማንኛውም ተጫራች በገዛው የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ክብ ማህተም ወይም በመፈረም በታሸገ ፓስታ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡

5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የእያንዳንዱን መኪና መነሻ ዋጋ 10% በሲፒኦ ማቅረብያለባቸው ሲሆን የሞሉትን የጨረታ ሰነድ ኦሪጅናል እና ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በአንድ ፖስታ በማሸግ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

6. የጨረታ ሰነድ የገዙ ተወዳዳሪዎች የገዙትን ሰነድ እና ደረሰኝ በመያዝ ያገለገሉ ተሽከርካሪዎችን ገላን ክ/ከተማ በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ የተሽከርካሪ ማቆሚያ ቦታ በሥራ ሰዓት ማየት የሚቻል መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

7. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ማሸነፉ ከተረጋገጠበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 5 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት የዋጋውን ውል ማስከበሪያ 10% በማስያዝ ውል መፈረም ይኖርበታል፡፡

8. ተጫራቾች በሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ የጨረታ መግቢያ ሰዓት ከተጠናቀቀ በኋላ ማሻሻያ ማድረግ እና እራሳቸውን ከጨረታ ማግለል አይችሉም፡፡

9. ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት ቀን የጨረታ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 16 ቀናት አየር ላይ የሚውል ሆኖ በ16ኛው ቀን በ8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በእለቱ በ8፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የሚከፈት ይሆናል።

10. የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀናት፣ ቅዳሜ እና እሁድ እንዲሁም በበዓላት ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡

11. ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ የመንግሥት ግዥ አገልግሎት ንብረትነታቸው የኢትዮጵያ ስነ-ልክ ኢንስቲትዩት፣ የኢንፎርሜሽን መረብ ደህንነት አስተዳደር፣ የጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን፣ የአማኑኤል የአዕምሮ ስፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታል፣ የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር፣ የከተማና መሠረተ ልማት ሚኒስቴር፣ የኢትዮጵያ መንገዶች አስተዳደር እና የውሃና ኢነርጂ ሚኒስቴር የሆኑ የተለያዩ ንብረቶች ባሉበት ቦታና ሁኔታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች የተመስከቱትን መስፈርቶች በማሟላት ቀርበው መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡

1. በጨረታው ላይ የሚወዳደር ማንኛውም ተጫራች ዜግነቱ ኢትዮጵያዊ መሆን ያለበት ሲሆን የጨረታውን ሰነድ ለመግዛት ሲመጣ ይህንኑ የሚያረጋግጥ ሰነድ ወይም መታወቂያ ማቅረብ ያስፈልጋል፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች 6 ኪሎ በሚገኘው የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ የመንግሥት ግዥ አገልግሎት ግዥና ፋይናንስ ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ቢሮ በመምጣት የንብረቶች ዝርዝር መረጃ፣ የተጫራቾች መመሪያ እና የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ቅጽ የያዘ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 500.00 (አምስት መቶ ብር) በመንግሥት ግዥ አገልግሎት የንግድ ባንክ ሂሳብ ቁጥር 1000003785018 ላይ በቴሌ ብር እና ሲቢኢ ብርን በመጠቀም የጨረታውን ሰነድ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ስነድ ከገዙ በኋላ ማስታወቂያው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ዘወትር በሥራ ቀናት ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 እስከ 11፡00 ሰዓት ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ ንብረቶቹን ከላይ በተጠቀሱት መ/ቤቶች በአካል በመሄድ መመልከት ይችላሉ፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች የሚገዙትን ንብረቶች ለእያንዳንዱ የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ 2% (ሁለት በመቶ) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ (CPO) ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር በማያያዝ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ከጨረታው ሳጥን መዝጊያ ሰዓት በፊት ማስገባት አለባቸው። የሚዘጋጀው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ውጭ ከሆነ ከኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ቅርንጫፎች ብቻ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡

5. የጨረታው የመገምገሚያ መስፈርት ዋጋ፣ የተሟላ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ሲፒኦ (CPO) እንዲሁም በሰነዱ የተገለጹትን አሟልቶ መገኘት ይሆናል፡፡ ይሁንና የንብረቶቹን የመነሻ ዋጋ 2% (ሁለት በመቶ) ያላስያዘ እንዲሁም በሠነዱ የተቀመጡ ሌሎች ነጥቦችን ያላሟላ ተጫራች ከጨረታው ውድቅ ይደረጋል፡፡

6. የጨረታ ማስገቢያ ሳጥኑ የጨረታው ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ20ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4:00 ሰዓት ላይ ተዘግቶ በዚያውኑ ቀን በ4፡15 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በመንግሥት ግዥ አገልግሎት መሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል። ነገር ግን የመክፈቻ ቀኑ የስራ ቀን ላይ ካልሆነ (ቅዳሜ ወይም እሁድ ላይ ከዋለ) ወይም በዓል ቀን ላይ ከዋለ ቀጥሎ ባለው የሥራ ቀን ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡ ሆኖም ተጫራቹ በራሱ ምርጫ ጨረታው በሚከፈትበት ጊዜ ሳይገኝ ቢቀር የጨረታውን መከፈት አያስቀረውም፡፡

7. በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆኑ ተጫራቾች አሸናፊነታቸው በተገለፀላቸው ከ7 (ሰባት) የሥራ ቀናት በኋላ ባሉት 5 (አምስት) ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ያሸነፉበትን ዋጋ በሙሉ መክፈል ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ይሁንና ሙሉ ክፍያውን በተጠቀሰው የጊዜ ገደብ ውስጥ መክፈል ካልቻሉ ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ተወርሶ ለመንግስት ገቢ ይደረጋል፡፡

8. በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆኑ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉባቸውን ንብረቶች ሙሉ ክፍያ ከፍለው እስከሚወስዱ ድረስ ለውል አተገባበር ዋስትና የሚሆን የጠቅላላ ዋጋውን 10% (አስር በመቶ) በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ (CPO) ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡

9. አገልግሎቱ ያወጣውን የጨረታ ሰነድ በስሙ ሳይገዛ የተወዳደረ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከውድድሩ ውድቅ ይደረጋል፡፡

10. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉበትን ገንዘብ አጠቃለው በመክፈል ንብረቶቹን በ10 (አስር) ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ የማንሳት ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡

11. አገልግሎቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በሕግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የወጣ ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በአብክመ በባህርዳር ከተማ ቀበሌ 15 የሚገኘው መርከብ ሁ/የገ/ህ/ስ/ማ/ዩኒየን ኃላ/የተ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የወጣ ሎት 1 - ኤሌክትሮኒክስ (ላፕቶፕና ሞባይል ቀፎ እና ሎት 2 - የሞተር ብስክሌት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ከአሸናፊው መግዛት ይፈለጋል፡፡ በመሆኑም ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ድርጅቶች መሳተፍ ይችላሉ፡፡

1. በዘርፉ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፤ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /Tin No| ያላቸው መሆን አለባቸው፡፡

2. በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ለሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከጠቅላላ ዋጋ 2% በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረት የባንክ ጋራንቲ ዋስትና/ ወይም ሲፒኦ /CPO/ ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ የተያዘ ከሆነ ደረሰኙ ከዋጋ ማቅረቢያው ፖስታው ውስጥ በማስገባት ማያያዝ አለባቸው፡፡

3. የግልጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ብር 200,000.00 /ሁለት መቶ ሺህ/ እና በላይ ዋጋ የሚሆን ከሆነበት የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት/ እንዳይሰበሰብባቸው ፈቃድ የተሰጣቸው (በግብር አዋጁ ከግብር ነጻ ከሆኑ) አቅርቦቶች ካልሆነ በስተቀር በግዥው የሚሳተፉ ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች በተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት/ ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆኑን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማያያዘ አለባቸው፡፡ እንዲሁም ዋጋ ሲሞላ እና (CPO) ሲያስይዙ ቫትን ጨምሮ መሆን አለበት፡፡ ቫት የሚጠይቀው አንዱ ወይም በጥቅል ሎት/ የሚገዛው እቃ እንጂ በአንድ ማስታወቂያ ለወጡ አለመሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡

4. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ሰነዱ ባቀረበው ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡

5. ማንኛውም ተጫራች በጨረታ ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነድ ላይ ክብ ማህተም በማድረግ አና ለጨረታው የሚያስፈልጉ ሰነዶች በፖስታ ውስጥ ማስገባትና ፖስታው ላይ ክብ ማህተም በማድረግ በጨረታ ሳጥኑ ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡

6. በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ለሚፈልጉ ህጋዊ ተጫራቾች የማይመለስ 350 ብር በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ከዩኒየኑ ሒሳብ ክፍል ወይም ቢሮ ቁጥር 101 መግዛት ይቻላል፡፡

7. ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ፀንቶ የሚቆይ ሲሆን እስከ 10ኛው ቀን ተከታታይ ቀናት ድረስ የመወዳደሪያ ሰነዶችን ዩኒየኑ ባዘጋጀው ፖስታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ሲኖርባቸው በ11ኛው ቀን በ8፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በዚሁ እለት በ8፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡

8. ቅዳሜ የዩኒየኑ የስራ ቀን ሲሆን ጨረታው በሚከፈትበት ቀን የበዓል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በዚሁ ሰዓት የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡

9. የጨረታው ተወዳዳሪዎች ተወካዮቻቸው በተገኙበት የሚከፈት ሲሆንየተወዳዳሪዎች ጨረታው በሚከፈትበት ጊዜ አለመገኘት ጨረታውን ከመክፈት አያግደውም፡፡

10. የጨረታው አሸናፊ በጨረታ ማሸነፉ ከተገለጸበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ5 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ አሸናፊው የውል ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት ባላቸው የዋስትና ዓይነቶች የጠቅላላ የውሉን ዋጋ 10% /አስር በመቶ በማስያዝ ውል መፈጸም አለባቸው፡፡

11. ከአንድ ሎት ውስጥ ቀንሶ (መርጦ) መሙላት አይቻልም አሸናፊው የሚለየው በተናጠል ይሆናል፡፡አሸናፊው ያሸነፈውን በፍትህ ውል ከተመርመረ (ከተመዘገበ) የምርመራም ሆነ የምዝገባ ክፍያ አሸናፊው ይከፍላል/ይሸፍናል፡፡

12. የሚገዛን ንብረት (እቃ) ለማጓጓዝ የሚያስፈልጉ ማንኛውንም የወዛደር ማስጫኛ አና የትራንስፖርት ወጪ በአሸናፊው የሚሸፍን ይሆናል፡፡ የሚገዛ እቃ ብዛት አና መለያ ስፔስፊኬሽን ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የሚገኝ ይገኛል፡፡

13. በዚህ ያልተጠቀሱ ሀሳቦች ቢኖሩ በአብክመ ህ/ስ/ማ የግዢና ሽያጭ መመሪያ ቁጥር 58/2015 መሰረት የሚስተናገዱ ይሆናሉ፡፡

14. የኒየኑ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

15. ለበለጠ መረጃ በአካል ወይም በስልክ ቁጥር፡- 09-11-59-05-34/ 09-10-6346-46 መጠየቅ ይቻላል፡፡

ሪች ዘ ኒዲ ኢትዮጵያ መንግሥታዊ ያልሆነ ግብረ ሰናይ ድርጅት ከፕላን ኢንተርናሽናል ባገኘው የገንዘብ ድጋፍ በበጀት ዓመቱ እቅድ መሰረት በድርጅቱ ለታቀፉ ተማሪዎች የሚሆን የመማሪያ ቁሳቁስ ደብተር፣ ቢክ እስክሪብቶ፣ እርሳስ እና ደስታ ወረቀት በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ቢያንስ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

1. በዘርፉ የዘመኑን የታደሰ የንግድና የታደሰ የዋና ምዝገባ ፈቃዳቸውን፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የተመዘገቡበትን ሰርተፍኬት፣ በጨረታ እንድትሳተፉ ለዘመኑ በጀት ዓመት ብቻ የሚያገለግል የምስክር ወረቀት እና ቲን ሰርተፍኬት ፎቶ ኮፒውን በማያያዝ የማይመለስ ብር 600.00 (ስድስት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ማስታወቂያው በጋዜጣ ከወጣት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት ተከታታይ ሰባት የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት ከ2፡30- 6፡30 እና ከሰዓት 7፡30 - 11:30 ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መረጃዎች ዋናውንና ፎቶ ኮፒውን በማያያዝ ዲላ በሚገኘው ሪች ዘ ኒዲ ኢትዮጵያ ጽ/ቤት ሂሳብ ክፍል በመምጣት መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ኦርጅናልና ፎቶ ኮፒውን በስም በታሸገ ኤንቬሎፕ(ፖስታ) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ የጨረታውን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 2%( ሁለት በመቶ) ሲፒኦ በሪች ዘ ኒዲ ኢትዮጵያ ስም ተሰርቶ በኦርጅናል የጨረታ ሰነድ ውስጥ በማያያዝ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።

3. ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ከሰባተኛው/7ኛው ቀን በኋላ ባለው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 2፡30 እስከ 6፡30 ድረስ ለዚህ ጨረታ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። ጨረታው በዕለቱ ከሰዓት 8፡00 ሰዓት ዲላ ሪች ዘ ኒዲ ኢትዮጵያ አራሽ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡

4.ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመስረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
