The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Governance Modernization for Efficient Service Delivery Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services ("the Services") are intended to engage a highly qualified and experienced Consultant (firm or individual) to prepare a comprehensive. donor-compliant, and implementation-ready Request or Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of a modern, integrated Contact Center Digital Service Desk solution. The Consultant will be responsible for assessing the current service support environment. defining a feasible and scalable solution architecture, and developing detailed technical and functional requirements, while ensuring alignment with the Ministry of Revenue's digital transformation objectives and governance frameworks.

The Consultant will further design operational, governance, and service delivery models, and prepare a complete RFP package consistent with international best practices. Given the scale. complexity, and national importance of expanding taxpayer-facing digital services including registration. e-filing, and e-payment the Ministry seeks to engage a consultant with demonstrated expertise in developing high-quality RFPs for large-scale, outsourced IT service solutions in complex. multi-stakeholder environments.

The Ministry of Revenue now invites eligible individual consultants ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: qualification and experience as a consultant (firm or individual) in similar projects. Further details on the qualification requirements are provided in the TOR which can be obtained from the address below in person or by requesting the TOR to be sent by e-mail.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 3.13 and 14 of the World Bank's Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers. Seventh Edition September 2025 ("Procurement Regulations"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on complicit of interest.

የኢትዮጵያ የግብርና ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ከላይ በሠንጠረዥ ውስጥ በዝርዝር እንድተገለፀው እና ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር በተያያዘው ቴክኒካል መስፈርት መሰረት ተጫራቾችን አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል ፡፡

በመሆኑም በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች፣

1 በዘርፍ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላችሁ፤ቲን፤ቫት፤በEGP/PPAየአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ ስለመመዝገባችሁ እንዲሁም ከገቢዎች ሚ/ር ክሊራንስ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ተጫራቾች ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት ሳሪስ አቦ ፋፋ የምግብ አማ አጠገብ የቀድሞው እርሻ መሣሪያዎችና ቴክኒክ አገልግሎት ኢማ. ግቢ የኮርፖሬሽኑ ዋና መ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል ቀርበው የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ከላይ በእያንዳንዱ ሎት በተገለፀው ብር መሰረት በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ ይችላሉ ፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች የሚሞሉት ዋጋ በግልፅ የሚታይና ስርዝ ድልዝ የሌለበት መሆን ይኖርበታል ፡፡

3. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታው ዋስትና (ለ60 ቀናት የሚቆይ) ማስከበሪያ ከላይ በተገለፀው መሰረት በሲ.ፒ.ኦ.ወይም በባንክ ጋራንቲ (unconditional) ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡የጨረታ ዋስትናው ለብቻው በአንድፖስታ ውስጥ ተደርጎ ከኦርጂናል ቴክኒካል ሰነድጋር ተያይዞ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ የጨረታው ዋጋ ለ60 ቀናት የጸና ይሆናል፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ተያይዞ በቀረበው ዶክመንት መሰረት እያንዳንዱ ሎት እና በሎት-2 ለየብቻ በማድረግ ቴክኒካል ኦርጂናልና ኮፒ እንዲሁም ፋይናንሽያል በተለያዩ ፖስታ በማድረግ ፋይናንሽያል ሰነዱ ዋና እና ኮፒ በመለየት በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ አድርገው በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው ::

7-አሸናፊው ተጫራች አገልግሎቱ በተፈለገ ጊዜ አገልግሎቱን የመስጠት ሃላፊነት አለበት፡፡

BGI Ethiopia Plc. invites eligible, experienced, and licensed suppliers to submit sealed Technical and Financial Bids for the Supply of HPE Enterprise Servers, in accordance with the Technical Tender Document.

The scope includes supply only of brand-new, genuine, and manufacturer-authorized HPE enterprise servers, accessories, and mandatory spare parts for the Production Cluster Servers Replacement Project. The selected company will sign a one-year framework agreement based on the specified vehicle types and locations.

Eligible Bidders should meet the following criteria:

በኢትዮጵያ ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት አስመጪዎች በተሻሻለው የጉምሩከ አዋጅ ቁጥር 160/2on ከቀነ ገደቡ በላይ በመጋዘን በመቆየታቸዉ ምክንያት እንዲሁም የተተው ወይም የተወረሱ ዕቃዎችን በእቃ አወጋገድ መመሪያ ቁጥር 167/2012 አንቀጽ 9 መሠረት የተተው ንብረቶችን ማለትም PASSENGER ELEVATOR ( LIFT )፣ SS ARTIFICIAL EARRING & BEARING፣ሽቶዎች, የተለያዩ ጫማዎች, አልባሳት እና ሌሎች እቃዎች፣ PERFUME HAIR CLIPPER, VACULA FLASK & OTHER እቃዎች ባሉበት ሁኔታ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ በዚህም መሠረት ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለመጫረት የሚፈልጉና ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

1. ተጫራቾች የዕቃዎቹን ዝርዝር፣ ዓይነት፣ ብዛት፣ የጨረታ ሠነድ እና መመሪያ መግለጫ እንዲሁም የጨረታ ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ቅጽ ዘወትር ከሰኞ እስከ ሐሙስ ከጠዋት 2፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 6፡00 ከሰዓት በኋላ ከቀኑ 7፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 10፡30 እና ዓርብ ከጠዋት 2፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 5፡00 ከሰዓት በኋላ ከቀኑ 7፡30 እስከ ቀኑ 10፡30 እንዲሁም ቅዳሜ ከጠዋት 2፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 5፡30 የማይመለስ ብር 100 (አንድ መቶ) በመክፈል ከቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ገቢ ሂሳቦች ቡድን መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ከሚሸጠው ዕቃ ጋር በዘርፉ የፀና ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፤ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር፤ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት እና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለ ለመሆኑ ከግብር ሰብሳቢ መ/ቤት የተሰጠ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ሆኖም ግምታዊ ዋጋቸው ከብር 500,000.00 በታች የሆኑ ማንኛውንም ዕቃ ለመግዛት የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሠርተፍኬት ማቅረብ ሳያስፈልግ መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡

3. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለጨረታው ማስከበሪያ የሚሆን የሚጫረትበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 5% ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት በቅድሚያ ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የሚያስይዙት CPO በቅርጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ሥም ETHIOPIAN CuSTOMS COMMISSION MOD]O BRANCH OFFICE በሚል ሲሆን በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ከአዲስአበባ፤ አዳማ እና ሞጆ ቅርንጫፎች መዘጋጀት አለበት፡፡ ተሳታፊዎች ዋጋ መሙላት የሚችሉት  በቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ተዘጋጅቶ ማህተም ያረፈበት ሠነድ ላይ ብቻ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነድ በመግዛት የሚወዳደሩበትን ዕቃ አስቀድሞ ማየት ያለባቸው ሲሆን ዕቃውን ሳያዩ ለሚሞሉት ዋጋ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ኃላፊነቱን አይወስድም፡፡ በጨረታ ተሽጦ የተወሰደ እቃ ተመላሽ አይደረግም፣ ለእቃውም የተከፈለ ገንዘብ አይመለስም፡፡

5. የግልፅ ጨረታ ተሳታፊ ተጫራቾች እያንዳንዱን ዕቃዎች ለመግዛት የሚያቀርቡት የመጫረቻ ዋጋ፤ የሞሉበት ሠነድ፤ በተራ ቁጥር 2 የተገለፁትን ማስረጃዎች ኮፒ እና ያቀረቡት የመጫረቻ ዋጋ 5 ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO በኤንቬሎፕ ወይም በፖስታ በማሸግ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ላይ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ8 ተከታታይ ቀናት እስከ የመጨረሻው ቀን ጠዋት 4፡45 ድረስ በቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስገባት ይቻላል፡፡ የጨረታ ሣጥኑ ከታሸገ በኋላ የሚመጡ የመጫረቻ ሰነዶች ተቀባይነት አይኖራቸውም፡፡

6. የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ላይ የወጣበት ቀንን ጨምሮ በ8ኛው የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡45 ታሽጐ በዚሁ ዕለት ጠዋቱ 5፡00 ላይ ተጫራቾቹ ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ለጨረታ በአዘጋጀው ቢሮ ውስጥ ይከፈታል፡፡

7. ማንኛውም በግልጽ ጨረታ የሚሳተፍ ተጫራች ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በኋላ ዋጋ መቀየር ወይንም የሌላ ተጫራቾችን ዋጋ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ አሻሽሎ ማቅረብ አይችልም፣ በጨረታ ሽያጭ ውድድር ላይ የዕቃው አስመጪ ወይም ባለቤት እና ቤተሰብ የነበሩ ሰዎች በጨረታው መሳተፍ አይችሉም፤ ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በኋላ እራሱን ከጨረታ ውድድር ማግለል አይቻልም እና የሰጠው የመወዳደሪያ ዋጋ የጨረታው ግምገማ ተጠናቆ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የጨረታውን ውጤት እስከሚያሳውቅ ድረስ ፀንቶ ይቆያል፡፡

8. የግልጽ ጨረታው አሸናፊ ጨረታውን ስለማሸነፋቸው ከተገለፀበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ5 (አምስት) ቀናት ውስጥ የአሸነፉበትን ዕቃ ዋጋ ገቢ በማድረግ ዕቃውን መረከብ አለበት፡፡ በ5(አምስት) ቀናት ውስጥ ገንዘቡ ገቢ ካልተደረገ ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ይደረጋል፡፡

9. በተራ ቁጥር 8 በተቀመጠው ጊዜ ውስጥ የአሸነፉበትን ዕቃ ዋጋ ገቢ አድርጎ ዕቃውን ያላነሳ ያልተረከበ እንደሆነ ለሚቆይበት ለተጨማሪ ጊዜ የመጋዘን ኪራይ ይከፍላል፡፡ ሆኖም ዕቃው በ2 (ሁለት) ወራት ውስጥ ካልወጣ እንደተተወ ተቆጥሮ በጨረታ ሽያጭ ይወገዳል፡፡

10. አሸናፊው ተጫራች ዕቃዎችን ለመረከብና ለማጓጓዝ የሚያስፈልጉ ወጪዎችን ሁሉ ራሱ ይሸፍናል፡፡

11. ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ለጨረታ የአቀረበውን ዕቃ ብዛት ለመጨመርም ሆነ ለመቀነስ ሙሉ መብት አለው፡፡ በጨረታ ተሸጦ በጨረታ አሸናፈው የተወሰደ እቃ አይመለስም፡፡

12. ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ዕቃዎቹን ለመሸጥ የተሻለ አማራጭ ወይም ዘዴ ከአገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

13. ለተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ በሥልክ ቁጥር 022-236-90-94 ላይ ደውለው መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡

ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል መንግስት ማረሚያ ፖሊስ ኮሚሽን የጊዶሌ ማረሚያ ተቋም በ2019 በጀት ዓመት በተቋሙ ሥር ለሚገኙ የሕግ ታራሚዎች የምግብ እህል ፣የምግብ ማጣፈጫ እና ማገዶ እንጨት ከሐምሌ 01/2018 እስከ ሰኔ 30/2019 ዓ.ም ድረስ ከዚህ በታች ያለ መስፈርቶችን ከሚያሟሉ ድርጅቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስስዚህ ተጫራቾች ማሟላት የሚገባቸው

- በዘርፉ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው

- የንግድ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው

- የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ቁጥር TIN-NO/ ያላቸው

- ቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ

- የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለምግብ እህል ብር 30,000/ ሰላሳ ሽህ ብር/ ለሌሎች ለእያንዳንዳቸው ብር 5,000/አምስት ሽህ ብር/ በመረጡት ዘዴ ማለትም በባንክ በተመሰከረ CPO በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም የባንክ ዋሰትና ማቅረብ ይችላሉ የጨረታ ሰነዱን ጊዶሌ ማረሚያ ተቋም ቢሮ ቁጥር 2 ድረስ በመቅረብ የማይመለስ 100/አንድ መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

- የገዙትንም ሰነድ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ በማዘጋጀት በሁለት በተለያዬ ፖስታ በማሽግ ኦርጅናሉ ላይ ኦርጅናል ኮፒው ላይ ኮፒ ብሎ በመጻፍ ፊርማና ማህተም በማድረግ በ15 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ ተቋሙ ባዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሣጥን ውሰጥ ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡

- የጨረታ ሣጥኑ በ16ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ታሽጎ በዕለቱ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት 4፡30 ላይ የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡

- 16 ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ ወደ ቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን ይተላለፋል፡፡

- ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው አለመገኘት የጨረታ ሂደቱን አያስተጓጉልም፡፡

- የጨረታው አሸናፊ ተለይቶ ከተገለጸበት ቀን ጀምሮ ካሉት 7 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት በኋለ አሸናፊው የጠቅላላ ዋጋውን 10% የውል ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ ውል መግባትና በገባው ውል መሠረት ዕቃዎችን እስከ ተቋሙ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ የማድረስ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡

- ተቋሙ በጨረታው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

የፍ/ባለመብት አቶ መስፍን አየለ እና የፍ ባለዕዳ እነ ወ/ሮ አልማዝ ሁሉቃ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌደራል ከፍተኛ ፍ/ቤት በመ/ቁጥር 162171 በ26/03/2012ዓ/ም እና በኮ/መ/ቁ/284866ዓ.ም በ08/05/2016ዓ/ም በኮ/መ/ቁ/234866ዓም በ26 06 2018ዓ/ም በዋለው ችሎት በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ መሠረት በሟች አየለ ደበላ ስም የተመዘገበ በኮ/ቀ/ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 09 የቤት ቁጥር 1658 እና 2141 የሆኑ ቤቶች 1ኛ የቤት ቁጥር 1658 የይዞታ ስፋት 295ካ/ሜ የሐራጅ መነሻ ዋጋ ብር 12,676492 ( አስራ ሁለት ሚሊዮን ስድስት መቶ ሰባ ስድስት ሺህ አራት መቶ ዘጠና ሁለት) ሆኖ የትራዛክሽን ታክስ ገዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ ሐምሌ 6 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በሐራጅ ይሸጣል፡፡ የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ 8፡00 ሰዓት ተጀምሮ የቀረቡ ተጫራቾች ተመዝግበው እንደተጠናቀቀ ወዲያውኑ ጨረታው የሚካሄድ ይሆናል።

2ኛ የቤት ቁጥር 2141 የይዞታ ስፋት 320ካ/ሜ የሐራጅ መነሻ ዋጋ ብር 14,156,169 ( አስራ አራት ሚሊዮን አንድ መቶ ሃምሳ ስድስት ሺህ አንድ መቶ ስልሳ ሆኖ የትራዛክሽን ታከስ ግዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ ሐምሌ 6 ቀን 2018ዓ/ም በሐራጅ ይሸጣል፡፡ የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ 8፡30 ሰዓት ተጀምሮ የቀረቡ ተጫራቾች ተመዝግበው እንደተጠናቀቀ ወዲያውኑ ጨረታው የሚካሄድ ይሆናል፡፡ የሐራጁ ሽያጭ የሚካሄደው በፌደራል ፍርድ ቤቶች የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጽ/ቤት የጨረታ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ሲሆን፣ ንብረቱን ተጫርተው ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ቀደም ብሎ ባሉት አራት የሥራ ቀናቶች ውስጥ ባለመብቱ ለማስጎብኘት በሚመርጧቸው ሶስት የስራ ቀናት በፌ/ፍ/ቤቶች ፍርድ አፈፃፀም ጽ/ቤት ሐራጅ ክፍል ድረስ ከጠዋቱ በ3፡30 ብቻ በመገኘትና ባለመብቱ በሚያቀርበው ትራንስፓርት ንብረቱን ባለበት ቦታ ድረስ በመውሰድ ለመጐብኘት የሚችሉ ሲሆን እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች በሚጫረትበት ወቅት የንብረቱን መነሻ ግምት 1/4 ኛውን በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ከ1/4ኛው አስበልጦም ሆነ አሳንሶ የሚመጣ ተጫራች በጨረታው አይካፈልም፡ ፡ በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ግለሰብ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ገንዘብ በአጠቃላይ ጨረታውን ከአሸነፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በፍ/አፈ/ጽ/ቤት ስም CPO አሰርቶ በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ብቻ ሙሉ ገንዘቡን በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት በጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነ በጨረታ ያሸነፈበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ ሳይደረግ ቀርቶ በቀጣይ ጨረታ ተደርጎ ጨረታው ከበፊቱ ጨረታው ቀንሶ ከተሸጠ ገዥው በልዩነት ተጠያቂ እንደሚሆን የፍ/አፈ/ጽ/ቤት ንብረቱን በህጋዊ መንገድ በሐራጅ ስለመሸጡ ለሚመለከተው አካል ማስረጃ ከመጻፍ ባለፈ ስም የማዛወር ግዴታ የሌለበት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡ለበለጠ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር +251112730852 በመደወል መጠየቅ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡

የሀረሪ መንግስት ግዥ እና ንብረት ማስወገድ አገልግሎት ሰጪ ጽ/ቤት ለ2019 በጀት ዓመት ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን እቃዎች በማዕቀፍ ግዥ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል።

1. የብቃት መስፈርቶች- ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ሰነዱ የተጠየቁ ህጋዊነትን የሚያመለክቱ ሰነዶች ቅጂ እና ሌሎች በጨረታ ሰነዱ የተጠየቁ ከስራው ጋር የተያያዙ ሰነዶችን ከጨረታው መልስ ጋር ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው።

2. ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆየው : ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በኋላ ለ60 ቀናት ይሆናል፡፡

3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ (ጥሬ ገንዘብ ከፍያ ማዘዣ) ወይም በቅድመ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንከ ዋስትና በመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት ማስወገድ አገልግሎት አቅራቢ ድርጅት ስም ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

4. የጨረታ ሰነድ ግዥና ቋንቋ የጨረታ ሰነዱ የተዘጋጀው በአማርኛ ቋንቋ ነው:: በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ተጫራች በጽ/ቤቱ ግዥ ፋይናንስና ንብረት ስራ ክፍል ለእያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ሰነዶች 800 / ስምንት መቶ/ ብር በመክፈል ሰነድ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

5. የጨረታው አቀራረብ እና አይነት፡5.1 ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው።

5.2. የጨረታው ዓይነት PVPDSO/o1/9 ባለአንድ ኤንቨሎፕ ሲሆን ተጫራቾች ቴክኒካልና ፋይናንሺያል ሰነዶቻቸውን በጨረታ መመሪያው መሠረት በማያያዝ ለእያንዳንዳቸው አንድ ኦርጅናልና አንድ ኮፒ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

6. የጨረታ መክፈቻና መዝጊያ ቀን፡.6.1 የግዥ መለያ ቁጥር PPPDSO/001/2019 ጨረታ ሰነዱ የሚከፈትበት እና የሚዘጋበት ቀን በ 18/10 /2018 ጠዋቱ በ4:15 ተዘግቶ 04:30 በጽ/ቤቱ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡

7. ከላይ የተጠቀሱት ቀናት በዓላት ወይም ዝግ ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን ጨረታው የሚከፈት ይሆናል::

8. የመሰረዝ መብት-መ/ቤቱ አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ካገኘው ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

9.የመቤት አድራሻ፦ ለበለጠ መረጃ እባክዎን 0915099803 ይደውሉ፡፡

10. ጨረታው የሚከፈት ቦት ቦታ፡ የሀረሪ ህዝብ ከልል የመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት ማስወገድ አገልግሎት ጽ/ ቤት ሐረር አራተኛ አደባባይ 00 ሜትር ወረድ ብሎ በሚገኘው ዘቢዳ ሕንፃ አራተኛ ወለል፡፡
