Ethiopian Airlines
Group intends to invite Pre-qualified contractors at Addis Ababa and regional
(Kebri Dehar, Arba Minch, Assosa, Hawassa, Axum, Jinka, Bahir Dar, Dembidolo,
Dessie, Gode, Gondar, Gambella, Robe Goba, Humera, Jigjiga, Jimma, Lalibela, Mekele,
Nekemte, Shire and Semera) Airports. Hence, ETG invites all interested and
eligible Bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:-
1. Renewed
competency certificate of registration of category GC/ BC-7 and above or as
Special contractor (SC) from authorized body.
2. A bidder with
renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, Tax Payer Identification Certificate
(TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to
participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for
submission of bids can get the tender document.
3. Projects scope
includes:-
-Civil works
(including masonry works, carpentry works, retaining wall works, painting works
etc.)
- Electrical and
data line works,
- Sanitary,
Sewerage and drainage works,
- Metal and welding
works,
- Steam boiler and
laundry system maintenance works,
- Machine
installation/erection and maintenance works
- Heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system
- installation and
maintenance work,
-Aluminum
partition, ceiling, and wood related works,
- Fence works, and
- Other any civil
and electromechanical related works.
Bidders having a
minimum of five (5) years' experience in the related field can get the tender
document.
Bidders should
deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial
Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T537 to
Ethiopian Airline Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email
the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company name, bid announcement
number & contact phone number to the below email address and will get the Tender
document by return Email.
Bidders are
required to send and submit their Technical bid document until May 23, 2025 at
3:00 PM Softcopy by email or Hardcopy
"Original"
and "Duplicate" to the below indicated address, all the pages of the
bid document shall be signed by the bidder and sealed properly. The bid will be
