Construction Works of Nursery Infrastructure Development located at three different places

1. The Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Agriculture /Climate Action through Landscape Management (CALM P for R) has an intention to procure "the Construction of Nursery Infrastructure Development".

2. The Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Agriculture Invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Construction of Nursery Infrastructure Development at three places located at:

Lot 1. S/Gondar Dera Woreda Nursery Infrastructure Development Project

Lot 2. W/Gojjam Jabi-Tenan Nursery Infrastructure Development Project

Lot 3. N/Wollo Gubalafto Nursery Infrastructure Development Project

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Amhara National Regional State Government.

4. To be eligible for bidding of this project, the contractor must be duly registered in the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency's Supplier List, in Category GC/BC, Grade 6 and above; should submit a copy of renewed trade licence for the year 2018 E.C, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate & Tax Clearance Certificate.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Agriculture Procurement, Finance and Property Administration Directorate during working hours.

6. Each bidder is allowed to participate for one or multiple lots.

7. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non- refundable fee of ETB 500 at the address stated below during working hours from Monday to Friday.

8. Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening and bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000.00 in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee/CPO.

9. Bid shall be submitted in two separate envelops. One envelope for the technical and another envelop for financial.

10. Bids must be delivered to the address below from 11th of February to 4th of March 2026 G.C. Bid will he closed at 4:00 local time on 4th of March 2026 G.C. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend the bid opening ceremony at the address below at 4:30 local time on the 4th of March 2026 G.C. Late bids shall be rejected.

MSF-HOLLAND invites sealed bids from qualified Insurance companies with a valid and renewed business license for the year, along with TIN and VAT certificates, for the insurance service of vehicle, warehouse and staff insurance coverage.

1. Scope of Services

The selected insurance company shall provide:

Staff insurance: MSF Holland has around 600 staff employed under the organization, to provide the medical services and we are seeking to procure Term life Insurance coverage and an add on to cover 24 hr accident related disability from a licensed insurance company operating in Ethiopia.

- Group Term Life Insurance coverage for all eligible employees (death due to natural causes or illness).

- Group Personal Accident Insurance as an add on covering:

8. ንብረቱ ለገዢው ስም እንዲዛወር ለሚመለከተው መንግስታዊ አካል ማረጋገጫ ይጽፋል::

9. የንግድ ማህበራትን ወክሎ ለመጫረት የማህበራቱን መመስረቻ ጽሁፍ እና መተዳደርያ ደንብ የያዘና በማህበራቱ ስም ንብረት ለመግዛት ስልጣን ያለው መሆን ያለበት ሲሆን ይህንኑ የሚያረጋግጥ ሰነድ በማቅረብ ይሆናል::

10. ባንኩ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ሆነ በሙሉ የመስረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

INVITATION TO BID

Society for Education, Environment and Development (SEED) is a humanitarian and development organization, having over nine years experience working with rural communities and the Government to tackle poverty.

Currently, SEED Jointly with SOS Sahel Ethiopia is implementing a humanitarian project called Rebuilding Lives; An Integrated Humanitarian Support for Returning IDPs in East and Horo Guduru Wollega Zones. Our area of implementation is Abe Dongoro District, Horo Guduru wollega Zone Oromia regional state. The project is financed by UNOCHA and through Ethiopian Humanitarian fund (EHF).

SEED as parts of program implementation is responsible to provide shelter repair kits to 237 Households (1304 individuals) refurning IDPs to rehabilitate conflict affected returnees in the district. Thus, SEED herein invites interested and licensed supplier and transporter to the destination to compete to supply required quantities of items listed hereunder up to the destination Abe Dongoro District Tullu Wayu Town.

1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document paying a none-returnble ETB 500 (Five hundred bir) from SEED Head office Meskel Square, beside Total Fuel station Endalkachew Building 3rd floor room No. 108/10.

2. Bidder shall submit their price offer in a sealed envelope until February 19/2026 at 12:30 PM local time to SEED Head office. Bidders shall clearly state VAT registered and their prices conditions including or excluding VAT;

3. The Bid price shall be accompanied by bid bond amount of 5% of total price in the form of CPO prepared in the name of Society for Education, Environment and Development.

4. Renewed license for the year 2025/26, registration certificate shall be presented together, with bid price.

6. The bids will be. opened on the above mentioned date 19^TH February/2026 at 1:30 PM LOCAL TIME in presence of bidders or their legal.representatives at SEED Head office in Addis Ababa. The Company will give priority or choose the bidder who offers all items together with Reasonable price.

7. The winner will transport all Items to Horro Guduru Wollega. Abe Dongoro district, Tulu Wayu town, considering all Loading and unloading price.

8. Failure to comply with the above conditions from No 1to 6 above shall result in an automatic rejection.

Responsive Labor Assessment, and Investor Scoping

1. Background

Oxfam's is a global initiative that has been working In Ethiopia for over five decades partnering with government bodies, civil society, and communities to address the root causes of poverty, inequality, and social exclusion. In Ethiopia, despite ongoing macro-economic reforms and strong comparative advantages including a large youth workforce, industrial parks, renewable energy potential, and strategic connectivity, foreign direct investment (FDI) and long-term B2B partnerships remain constrained by regulatory, financial, logistical, labor market, and security-related bottlenecks. To ensure that trade and investment translate into inclusive growth and decent work, Oxfam seeks to commission a rigorous, evidence-based study that identifies systemic constraints and opportunities across the investment lifecycle, with strong attention to gender equality and social inclusion.

2. Purpose of the Assignment

The primary purpose of this consultancy is to conduct a comprehensive, evidence-based study that bridges the gap between Ethiopia's domestic market potential and the stringent requirements of international investment. The findings will be disseminated globally. The study moves beyond anecdotal evidence to identify critical "choke points" across the investment lifecycle and provides a practical roadmap for fostering sustainable B2B partnerships and inclusive job creation. It will focus on key value chains, including coffee, silk, oilseeds, and horticulture. The results will inform policy dialogue, program design, and partnership strategies that promote responsible private sector engagement, inclusive employment, and the sustainable integration of Ethiopian firms into global value chains.

3. Objectives of the Consultancy

Overall Objective

To identify systemic investment, trade, and labor market bottlenecks and propose pathways for inclusive, gender-responsive, and responsible private sector engagement in Ethiopia.

Specific objectives:

- Identify and analyze key regulatory, financial, logistical, and institutional bottlenecks across the investment lifecycle that constrain mutually beneficial trade, long-term B2B partnerships, and foreign direct investment.

- Assess labor market dynamics and value chain participation with a social inclusion lens, identifying skills gaps, structural barriers, and opportunities for women, youth, and marginalized groups to access decent employment.

- Map and analyze private sector interest, investor perceptions, and market demand and identify priority sectors, geographies, and stakeholders with high potential for responsible investment and inclusive growth.

4. Scope of Work

The consulting firm will conduct a comprehensive analysis of Ethiopia's market ecosystem and investment readiness, covering regulatory, financial, and logistics dimensions, alongside a gender-responsive labor market and value chain assessment aligned with international investor standards. The assignment will involve extensive engagement with key stakeholders, including government institutions, financial service providers, chambers of commerce, private sector actors, industrial parks, and cooperative unions across the selected value chains and geographic hubs (including Amhara, Oromia, Tigray, and Sidama) with strong potential for inclusive growth. The consultancy will culminate in clear, actionable recommendations to inform Oxfam's programming, advocacy initiatives, and strategic partnership development.

5. Deliverables

The consultant will submit an Integrated Trade, Investment, and Labor Strategy Report, serving as a practical decision-making tool for Oxfam and its partners. The report will include diagnostics, stakeholder mapping, and prioritized recommendations aligned with inclusive growth and donor priorities.

6. Duration of the Assignment

The duration of the consultancy will be agreed upon with Oxfam at contract signing.

7. Application and Submission Process

The key tasks, scope, deliverables, and essential requirements for this assessment are clearly outlined in the Terms of Reference (TOR). Interested service providers are invited to collect the TOR document from Oxfam in Ethiopia at the address below, starting from 12 February 2026. Consultants are required to carefully review the TOR and submit their proposals by close of business on Thursday, 19 February 2026, at 4:30 p.m.

Proposals must be submitted in three separate parts: Administrative, Technical, and Financial proposals, in accordance with the instructions provided in the TOR.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued solely for the purpose of obtaining offers for the provision of services in line with the detailed requirements set out in the TOR, Only consultancy firms are eligible to apply. Oxfam reserves the right not to enter into or award a contract as a result of this invitation to tender and reserves the right to terminate any contract awarded under this RFQ in accordance with the applicable contract terms and conditions.

Bid Invitation - Supply and Delivery of Baled Grass Hay

Dorcas Aid Ethiopia (DAE) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, humanitarian, and non-denominational Christian organization that has been operational in Ethiopia since 1994. DAE implements both development and humanitarian programs, including child sponsorship, vocational training, community- based support, WASH, HIV/AIDS prevention, and emergency response interventions.

DAE is currently implementing the Start Fund Network Anticipatory Action Project in Midaga Tola and Fedis districts of East Hararge Zone, Oromia Region. The project aims to protect and sustain the lives of drought-affected livestock resulting from consecutive rainfall failures.

Accordingly, DAE invites eligible and interested bidders to participate in a tender for the supply and delivery of 30,000 bales of high-quality grass hay.

1. Description of the Goods

- Item: Baled grass hay

- Quantity: 30,000 bales

- Weight: 20 kg per bale

- Quality Standard: (Clean, well-dried, and free from mold, dust, and contaminants, and suitable for livestock feeding).

2. Submission Requirements

Bidders must submit complete bid documents comprising one original (marked "Original") and one copy (marked "Copy") in a wax-sealed envelope clearly stating the tender name and reference number.

The envelope must contain:

- Valid business license (current fiscal year)

- VAT and TIN registration certificates

- Evidence of previous experience in supplying hay/animal feed and distribution)

- Technical and financial proposal combined in one sealed envelope, including:

- Total price inclusive of transportation and VAT

- Delivery schedule of 20 days to the project sites: (Fedis: 25 km, Midaga Tola: 60 km)
