ከላይ በተጠቀሰው የፅዳት ሥራ ላይ ልምዱ ያላችሁ ድርጅቶች ሜክሲኮ በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ የኩባንያው አስተዳደር ቢሮ 2ኛ ፎቅ ላይ የጨረታ ሰነዱን ማቅረብ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን ::

የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ

የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት ቀጥሎ የተመለከተውን ንብረት ባለበት ሁኔታ በግልፅ ሐራጅ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል::

በመሆኑም፡-

1. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሉ የሐራጁን መነሻ ዋጋ 1/4ኛ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ማዘዣ (ሲፒኦ) በማስያዝ መጫረት የሚችል ሲሆን የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንካ ሲፒኦ ማቅረብ ተመራጭ ነው:: .

2. ሐራጁ የሚከናወነው በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ወሊሶ ቅርንጫፍ ነው::

3. የንግድ ማህበራትን ወክሎ ለመጫረት የማህበራቱን መመስረቻ እና መተዳደሪያ ደንብ የያዘና በማህበራቱ ስም ተጫርቶ ንብረት ለመግዛት ሥልጣን ያለው መሆኑን የሚያረጋግጥ ኦርጅናል የውክልና ሰነድ በማቅረብ ይሆናል::

4. ለጨረታ ከቀረቡ የመኖሪያ ቤቶች ዉጪ የሆኑ ንብረቶችን በጨረታ አሸንፎ የገዛ በሽያጩ ገንዘብ ላይ 15% ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ይከፍላል::

5. ንብረቱን ለመጎብኘት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በስራ ሰዓት ንብረቱ በሚገኝበት አድራሻ በመገኘት ወይም ባንኩ በሚያመቻቸዉ ፕሮግራም መሰረት መጎብኘት ይችላሉ::

6. የጨረታ አሸናፊዉ የጨረታ አሸናፊ መሆኑን የሚገልፅ ደብዳቤ ከደረሰው ቀን ጀምሮ ቀሪ የሽያጩን ገንዘብ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃሎ መክፈል ያለበት ሲሆን ክፍያውን በተጠቀሰው ጊዜ ውስጥ ካልከፈለ ለሐራጁ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ይሆናል::

7. የባንኩን የብድር ቅድመ ሁኔታ ለሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች ባንኩ ብድር ሊፈቅድ ይችላል::

8. ባንኩ ሐራጁን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

ረጲ ሳሙናና ዲተርጀንት ኃ/የተ/የግ/ማህበር እርጀከት ሰሊጥ(Quality : export reject sesame seed) በጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል።

ስለሆነም በጨረታው ለመሳተፈ የሚፈልጉ ተጫረቾች፡-

1. የ2018 በዘርፉ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድና የታክስ ከፋይነት ማረጋገጫ ያለው መሆኑ ይኖርበታል፡

2. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በ CPO መልክ 10% ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፤

3. ለዚህ ጨረታ ተብሎ የተዘጋጀውን ጨረታ ሰነድ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን 3/06/2018 ጀምሮ ባሉት አምስት የስራ ቀናት ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት እስከ ቀኑ 10፡00 ሰዓት ብቻ በድርጅቱ ቅጥር ግቢ ተገኝተው የማይመለስ 200 ብር (ሁለት መቶ ብር) ክፍለው የጨረታ ሰነዱን መውሰድ የሚችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን::

4. ጨረታው እስከ የካቲት 10,2018 ዓ.ም ከሰዓት 8፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ክፍት ሆኖ ይቆያል:: ተጫራቾች በተጠቀሰው ቀንና ሰዓት ድረስ የሚያቀርቡትን ዋጋ በተዘጋጀው ሰነድ ላይ ሞልተው ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል::

5. ጨረታው የካቲት10,2018 ዓ.ም ከሰዓት 8፡00 ከሰዓት ዝግ ይሆናል:: ተጫራቾች ወይም ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከሰዓት 9፡00 አቅርቦትና ክምችት መምሪያ ቢሮ ይከፈታል::

6. ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

7. ተጫራቾች ማንኛውንም ዋጋ ሲሞሉ ከ ቫት በፊት መሆን አለበት.
