በቂርቆስ ክ/ከ/አስ/በዋና ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ፅ/ቤት የግዥ ቡድን በቂርቆስ ክፍለ ከተማ አስተዳደር ለዋና ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ፅ/ቤት ለ 2018 በጀት ዓመት አገልግሎት የሚውሉ የቋሚ እቃዎች አላቂ እቃዎች፤የደንብ ልብስ ግዥዎች፤ የትራንስፖርት የአገልግሎት ግዥዎች እና የቄብ ዶሮ ግዥ ከዚህ በታች የተጠቀሱ መስፈርቶችን የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾችን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል።

በመሆኑም ተጫራቾች -

1. በዘርፉ ህጋዊና የታደሰ የንግድ የሥራ ፍቃድ እና የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት የግብር መክፈያ መለያ ቁጥር tin no/የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ሰርተፍኬት ያላቸው።

2. ተጫራቾች ከግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ የአቅራቢነት ሰርተፍኬት ማቅረብ የሚችል

3. ለሚወዳደሩባቸው የአገልግሎት አይነቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የተጠቀሰውን በሲፒኦ ብቻ ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

4. የጨረታው ሰነድ አቀራረብ 1 ቴክኒካል ሰነድ ኦሪጅናል 1 ቴክኒካል ሰነድ ኮፒ፣ ፋይናንሽያል ሰነድ ኦሪጅናል እና የፋይናንሽያል ኮፒ ለየብቻ እንዲሁም 1 ሲፒኦ ለብቻ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ መቅረብ አለበት።

5 የጨረታ ሰነዱን እስጢፋኖስ ላይ በሚገኘው የቄርቆስ ክፍለ ከተማ አስተዳደር አዲስ ህንፃ 3ኛ ፎቅ የዋና ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ቤት ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ቢሮ በመቅረብ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት የማይመለስ ብር 200.00 በመክፈል ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

6. ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን አንድ ቀን ብሎ በመቁጠር 11ኛው ቀን ላይ ከጠዋቱ 4:00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የጨረታ ሳጥኑ የሚዘጋ ሲሆን በተመሳሳይ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ላይ ጨረታው ይከፈታል፡፡

7. ተጫራቾች ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ እንደ ማሳሰቢያ የተጠቀሱትን ማስረጃዎች ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

8. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

የሐራጅ ሽያጭ ማስታወቂያ

የፍ/ባለመብት እነ ወሰኔ ተስፋዬ እና የፍ/ባለዕዳ ማርያምስና አጥናፍ / መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌዴራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍ/ቤት በመ/ቁጥር/182989 በታህሳስ 24 ቀን 2015 ዓ/ም እና በኮ/መ/ቁ/189173 በ14/07/2015 ዓ/ም በ30/11/2017 በዋለው ችሎት በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ መሠረት ፍርድ ያረፈበት ቤት በን/ስ/ላ/ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 2 በካ/ቁ/02/63/3991/00 የሆነ ቤት የቦታው ስፋት 175 ካ/ሜ የሐራጅ መነሻ ዋጋ ብር 8,791,450 (ስምንት ሚሊዮን ሰባት መቶ ዘጠና አንድ ሺህ አራት መቶ ሃምሳ ብር) ሆኖ የትራዛክሽን ታክስ ገዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ ህዳር 17 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም በሐራጅ ይሸጣል:: የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ 5፡00 ሰዓት ተጀምሮ የቀረቡ ተጫራቾች ተመዝግበው እንደተጠናቀቀ ወዲያውኑ ጨረታው የሚካሄድ ይሆናል::

የሐራጁ ሽያጭ የሚካሄደው በፌዴራል ፍርድ ቤቶች የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጽ/ቤት የጨረታ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ሲሆን፣ ንብረቱን ተጫርተው ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ቀደም ብሎ ባሉት አራት የሥራ ቀናቶች ውስጥ ባለመብቱ ለማስጎብኘት በሚመርጧቸው ሶስት የሥራ ቀናት በፌ/ፍ/ቤቶች ፍርድ አፈፃፀም ጽ/ቤት ሐራጅ ክፍል ድረስ ከጠዋቱ በ3፡30 ብቻ በመገኘትና ባለመብቱ በሚያቀርበው ትራንስፖርት ንብረቱን ባለበት ቦታ ድረስ በመውሰድ ለመጐብኘት የሚችሉ ሲሆን፤እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች በሚጫረትበት ወቅት የንብረቱን መነሻ ግምት 1/4 ኛውን በንግድ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡ ከ1/4ኛው አስበልጦም ሆነ አሳንሶ የሚያመጣ ተጫራች በጨረታው አይካፈልም:: በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ግለሰብ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ገንዘብ በአጠቃላይ ጨረታውን ከአሸነፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በፍ/አፈ/ጽ/ቤት ስም CPO በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ብቻ አሰርቶ ሙሉ ገንዘቡን በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት በጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነ በጨረታ ያሸነፈበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ ሳይደረግ ቀርቶ በቀጣይ ጨረታ ተደርጎ ጨረታው ከበፊቱ ጨረታው ቀንሶ ከተሸጠ ገዥው በልዩነት ተጠያቂ እንደሚሆን የፍ/አፈ/ጽ/ቤቱ ንብረቱን በህጋዊ መንገድ በሐራጅ ስለመሸጡ ለሚመለከተው አካል ማስረጃ ከመጻፍ ባለፈ ስም የማዛወር ግዴታ የሌለበት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን::

የጨረታ ቁጥር 01/2018

የማሽነሪ እና ተሽከርካሪ ኪራይ አገልግሎት ግዥ

በአማራ ገጠር መንገዶች ከንስትራክሽን ኤጀንሲ የሰሜን ሸዋ ገጠር መንገዶች ጥገና ጽ/ቤት ለ2018 ዓ.ም የበጀት ዓመት በዞኑ ውስጥ ለሚገነቡ መንገድ ሥራ ፕሮጀክቶች እና ለመንገድ ጥገና ሥራ የሚያገለግሉ የተለያዩ የኮንስትራክሽን ማሽነሪዎችና ተሽከርካሪዎችን አወዳድሮ መከራየት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም የሚከተሉትን መመሪያዎች መሠረት በማድረግ በጨረታው እንዲወዳደሩ ተጋብዘዋል፡፡

1. በዘመኑ የታደሰ ሕጋዊ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፤

2. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN) ያላቸው፤

3. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት

3. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ከፋይነት የማቅረብ የሚችሉ፤ የሰርቪስ መኪና የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና ያልሆኑ መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ከላይ ከተራ ቁጥር 1-3 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

5. የሚቀርቡት ተሽከርካሪዎች በሙሉ የፈረስ ጉልበታቸው፣ የስሪት ዘመናቸውና ሌሎች በጨረታ ሰነዱ የተገለፁትን መስፈርቶች ተሟልተው መቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

6. የኪሎ ሜትር እና የነዳጅ ቆጣሪው በትክክል የሚሠራ መሆን አለበት፡፡

7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (ቢድ ቦንድ) የጠቅላላ ዋጋውን 1% ለማሽነሪ ሆኖ ለሰርቪስ መኪና በቀን፣ ገልባጭ መኪና በሰዓት፣ ለውሃ ቦቴ በሰዓት ፤ለገልባጭ መኪና በሜ.ኩብ እና ሎቤድ በኪ.ሜትር ብር 10,000.00 በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (ሲፒኦ) ወይም ጨረታ ከተከፈተበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ60 (ስልሳ) ቀናት የሚቆይ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ብሄራዊ ባንክ እውቅና ከሰጣቸው ባንኮች ብቻ ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ በኮንስትራሽን ኤጀንሲው ስም በተከፈተው የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ሂሳብ ቁጥር 1000143426525 ገቢ በማድረግ የባንክ ዲፖዚት ስሊፕ ኦርጅናሉን ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡

8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 300.00 /ሦስት መቶ ብር ብቻ በመክፈል ከገንዘብ ያዥ ቢሮ ይህ ማስታወቂያ አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 16ኛው ቀን ከረፋዱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ በጥገና ጽ/ቤቱ ደ/ብርሃን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

9. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የሞሉትን ዋጋ /ሰነዳቸውን በአግባቡ በመጠረዝ በፖስታ በማሸግ የተሟላ አድራሻ በመፃፍ በሁለት ፓስታ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ ተብሎ ተዘጋጅቶ ከግዥ ኦፊሰሮች ቢሮ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት ጨረታው ከወጣበት ዕለት ጀምሮ እስከ 16ኛው ቀን ከረፋዱ 4፡00 ስዓት ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

10. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበትበጥገና ጽ/ቤቱ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ወይም ከግዥ ኦፊሰሮች ቢሮ በ16ኛው ቀን ከረፋዱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተዘግቶ በ4፡30 ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡ ዕለቱ የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል።

11. የዋጋ መሙያ ቅፁ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ እና ፍቀት ካለው ፊርማ ያለው ቢሆንም ስርዝ ድልዝ ባለው ቦታ ላይ ከጨረታ ውድድር ውጭ ይደረጋል፡፡

12. መሥሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

13. በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ በፋክስ ቁጥር 011 681-38-85 በመላክ ወይምቁጥር 011-681-30-66 ወይም 0913189073/0987634263 በመደወል ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡

ግዥ ፈፃሚው መስሪያ ቤት በአማራ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግሥስት የሰሜን ሸዋ ዞን የአንጐለላና ጠራ ወረዳ ገንዘብ ጽ/ቤት

1ኛ በመደበኛ ካፒታል በጀት በተለያዩ ቀበሌ አዲስ የንፁህ መጠጥ ውሃ ግንባታ በምንጭ ማጎልበት በረዘርቫዬርና በቧንቧ መስመር መዘርጋት ሥራዎች ላይ የውሃ ግንባታ ባለሙያዎችን ወይም የውሃ ግንባታ ተወዳዳሪዎችን አወዳድሮ ማሠራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

2ኛ በወረዳ ውስጥ ከጨኪ- አዳዲ- ሩክስ መንገድ ጥገና እና ከጠንገጎ ገነት ማሪያም መንገድ ሥራ ፕሮጀክት ኤክስካቫተር 330 HP ለ270 ሰዓት አካፋ ፤ዶዘር ለ50ሰዓት ሩሎ 16 ቶን እና ከዚያ በላይ ለ140 ሰዓት፤ ግሬደር 140 HP ለ220 ሰዓት፤ ዳምፕ ትራክ ትራክ 723 ግልበጣ ከ0-6ኪ.ሜ ፤ሻወር ትራክ ለ20ቀ  10000 ሊትር እና ከዚያ በላይ የመያዝ አቅም ያለው ሆነው ከገልባጭና ከሻወር ትራክ ውጭ የሆኑ ማሽነሪዎች ሞዴላቸው 2012 እና ከዚያ በላይ ሞዴል የሆኑ የግንባታ ማሽነሪ ኪራይ በጨረታ በማውጣት ተጫራቾችን አወዳድሮ ማሠራት ይፈልጋል ፡፡

ስለሆነም በጨረታው መካፈል የምትፈልጉ-

1. ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የተሰማሩበትን ህጋዊ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸውና የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ቁጥር /TIN No/ያላቸውና ከብር 200000 /ሁለት መቶ ሺህ/ ብር በላይ ዋጋ ባላቸው ግዥዎች የሚሳተፋ ከሆነ በተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ቫት ከፋይነት የተመዘገበ እና ለመመዝገባቸው የምስክር ወረቀት ፎቶ ኮፒውን ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ፡፡

2. በውሃ ሥራዎች ላይ ፍቃድ ያለው ወይም የአርትዥያን ፍቃድ ያለው

3. በውሃ ነክ ሥራዎች ላይ የአርትዥያን የሙያ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ የወሰደ ግለሰብ /መሃበሩ መወዳደር ይችላል፡

4. ግንባታውን በውለታው ጊዜ ውስጥ በአይነት በመጠን በጥራት ሳያጓድል መገንባት የሚችል፡፡

5. ማሽነሪዎቹን ከአንድ ሳይት ሌላኛው ሳይት በራሱ ለማጓጓዝ ወይም ለማድረስ ፈቃደኛ የሆነ

6. ማሽነሪዎቹን ወደ ሳይት ሲገቡ ጽ/ቤት በሚፈለገው ቅደም ተከተል ለማስገባት ፍቃደኛ የሆነ

7. ማነኛውንም አይነት የሥራ ልዩነት ካለ ማስተካከያ ይደረግበታል

8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ሞልተው ስማቸውን አድራሻቸውን በመጻፍ እና በመፈረም የድርጅቱን ማህተም በማድረግ ዋና እና ኮፒውን እንዲሁም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለማሽን ኪራይ 120,000 ለውሃ ግንባታ ሥራ 20,000 በባንክ በተመሰከረለት ሲፒኦ ወይም በኢትዮጵያ ብሄራዊ ባንክ ከተፈቀደላቸው የታወቁ ባንኮች የሚሰጥ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሌተር ኦፍ ክሬዲት ወይም ገ/ጽ/ቤት በመሂ1 ያስያዙበትን ደረሰኝ ከኦርጅናል ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ውስጥ መያያዝ አለበት፡፡ የተጫራቾችን ስምና አድራሻ ፊርማ እንዲሁም የውሃ ግንባታውን አይነት እና የማሽን ኪራይ በመጥቀስ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 22ኛ ቀን ከቀኑ 8:00 ሰዓት ድረስ በጽ/ቤቱ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

9. ጨረታው በዚሁ እለት በ22ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 8:00 ሰዓት ይታሸግና በእለቱ ከቀኑ 8:30 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል ባይገኙም ጨረታውን ከመከፈት አያግደውም

10. 22ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ካልዋለ ጨረታው በሚቀጥለው በመንግሥት የሥራ ቀን ይከፈታል፤

11. አሸናፍው አካል ጥራት ባለው የውሃ ግንባታ ባለሙያ እና የግንባታ ቁሳቁስ መጠቀምና መገንባት አለበት

12. አሸናፍው አካል ሙሉ የፋብርካ ዕቃዎችን እና ሌሎችን ለግንባታ አስፈላጊ እቃዎችን አቅርቦ መሥራት አለበት።፡

13. የቁፋሮ ሥራ የድንጋይ አቅርቦትና የህ/ሰብ ተሳትፎ ሥራዎች በህ/ሰቡ የሚሸፈን ይሆናል ፡፡

14. አሸናፍው አካል ህ/ሰብን አሳትፎ የሚሠራና ከህ/ሰቡ ጋር ተግባብቶ የሚሠራ መሆን አለበት

15. ተጫራቾች የአንድ ግንባታ የጨረታ ዋጋ የቀረበ ውል ዝርዝር በማድረግ ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ማስቀመጥ ይኖርበታል።

16. በማንኛውም ግንባታ ከብር 20,000/ሃያ ሺህ/ በላይ ለሚሆኑ ግዥዎች አቅራቢው ከሚፈጸምለት ክፍያ ላይ 3% ቅድመ ግብር ተቀንሶ የሚቀር ይሆናል፡፡

17. ተጫራቾች የእቃውን አይነትም ሆነ መጠን በጨረታው በሙሉ ወይንም በከፊል መሳተፍ ይችላሉ ሆኖም አንድ ተጫራች በአንድ ሎት ውስጥ ከተዘረዘሩት አይነቶች መካከል ከፋፍሎ መጫረት አይችሉም፡፡

18. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ ማንኛውንም አይነት ግብር የሸፈነ መሆን አለበት፡፡

19. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈበት ግንባታ በጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ በተገለጸው የሥራ ዝርዝር መሰረት በውሉ መሰረት ሠርቶ ማስረከብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡

20. ተጫራቾች ከአንድ ጨረታ በላይ የሚወዳደሩ ከሆነ የሚያሲዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በተናጠል ወይንም በየሎቱ ለየብቻው ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

21. የጨረታ ሰነዱን በአን/ጠ/ወ/ገ/ጽ/ቤት ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ ሚከፈትበት ቀን ድረስ በመንግሥት የሥራ ሰአት ለእያንዳነዱ ሰነድ የማይመለስ 200 ብር መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

22. በዚህ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ላይ ያልተገለፀ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ እና በኦርጅናል ሰነዱ ላይ በዝርዝር ስለሚገለጽ ዝርዝራቸውን በትኩረት ማየት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች በሞሉት ዋጋ ላይ ምንም አይነት ስርዝ ድልዝ ማድረግና በፍሉድ መደለዝ አይፈቀድም

23. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው

24. ጽ/ቤቱ የሚገኘው ከአ/አበባ በስተ ሰሜን 110 ኪ/ሜ ርቀት ደ/ሃርህን መስመር ላይ ነው።

25. ለበለጠ ማብራሪያ በስልክ ቁጥር 011-6 32-01-47 ወይም 011-6 32-03-04 ደውለው ይጠይቁ።

1.  Ethio telecom intends to sign a Master Frame Agreement (MFA) contract for one (1) year with a possibility of extension up to a maximum of 3 years with the finally awarded bidder(s).

 Hence, we are pleased to invite all interested and eligible bidders by this Open National Competitive Bid for the procurement of Different types of GRP manhole covers with RFQ No 44278661. The Tender remains floating from November 10, 2025, to December 10, 2025.

Bid documents can be obtained from web sites www.afrotender.com, www.extratenders.com.et and www.2merkato.com upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One hundred only) by using tele birr payment platform.

e)    Bidders should have VAT Registration Certificate.

f)      All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand)

g)    The bid bond shall be furnished in one of the following forms: -

2.1 The Bank that issues the bond as per 2 (ii) here above shall unequivocally guarantee to pay the purchaser immediately upon the first written demand of payment. The Purchaser’s written demand of payment shall not be subject to any condition whatsoever.
