በአዲስ አበባ ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የተተዉ፣ የተወረሱ እና በኮንትሮባንድ ተይዘው የሚገኙ የተሽከርካሪ መለዋወጫዎችን፣ ሞባይሎች፣ የሞባይል ክፍሎች፣ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ዕቃዎችን፣ የቤትና የቢሮ ዕቃዎችን፣ የተለያዩ የተዘጋጁ አልባሳትና ጫማዎች፣ የውበት መጠበቂያ ዕቃዎች እና ሌሎች የተለያዩ ዕቃዎችን በግልፅ ጨረታ ባሉበት ሁኔታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ከዚህ በታች በቅፁ በተጠቀሰው ቀንና ሰዓት ለጨረታ የሚቀርቡንብረቶች ዝርዝር መረጃ ተዘጋጅቶ ከሀሙስ ጥቅምት 20 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ለተጫራቾችበሚቀርብ የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ የሚታወቅ መሆኑ እንገልጻለን፡፡

በመሆኑም፡-

1. በግልጽ ጨረታ በቀረቡት ዕቃዎች ላይ ለመወዳደር የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች በዘርፉ የፀና የንግድ ፈቃድ፤ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር፤ የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት እና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ ስለመሆኑ ከግብር ሰብሳቢ መሥሪያ ቤት የተሰጠ ማስረጃ ሰነዶች ኮፒ እና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቼክ ወይም (CPO) ከመጫረቻ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዘው በኤንቨሎፕ ወይም በፖስታ በማሸግ ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

2. በጨረታው ላይ የዕቃው አስመጪ ወይም ባለቤትና ቤተሰቡ የነበሩ ሰዎች መሣተፍ አይችሉም፡፡

3. ተጫራቾች የዕቃዎቹን ጨረታ ሰነድ ከሀሙስ ጥቅምት 20 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 (አንድ መቶ ብር) በመክፈል በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ በመገኘት የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

4. በዕቃ ግልፅ ጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ዕቃዎች የሰጡትን ዋጋ አምስት በመቶ (5%) ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቼክ (CPO) በቅ/ፅ/ቤቱ አድራሻ ስም CUSTOMS COMMISSION ADDIS ABABA KALITY CUSTOMS BRANCHOFFICE በባንክ አሰርተው ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

5. ተጫራቾች በሚከተለው የጨረታ ቀናት (ስኬጁል) መሰረት መጫረት ይችላሉ፡፡

6. የጨረታው መክፈቻ ቦታ፡- ኢአ ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የሚካሄድ ሲሆን ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባሉበት ወይም በታዛቢዎች ፊትይከፈታል፡፡

7. ተሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታው ዋስትና ያስያዙት (CPO) የጨረታው ውጤት በተገለፀ በ3 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል፡፡

8. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ማሸነፋቸው ከተገለፀላቸው ቀን ጀምሮ በ5 ቀናት ውስጥ ያሸነፉበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ በማድረግ ዕቃውን ማንሣት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

9. ከላይ በተ/ቁ 8 በተገለፁት ቀናት ውስጥ ክፍያውን ገቢ ያላደረጉ እና ንብረቱን ተረክበው ያልወሰዱ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት እና ለንብረቱ የከፈሉት ዋጋ ለመ/ቤቱ ገቢ ሆኖ ዕቃው በድጋሚ ለሽያጭ ይቀርባል፡፡

10. መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

Assignment Title: Consultancy Service of Development of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Policy and Implementation Tools for CBE

The COMMERCIAL BANK OF ETHIOPIA has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Reform, Restructuring, and Recapitalization of the CBE, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services ("the Services") include Development of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Policy and implementation tools for CBE, the expected start date of the assignment will be March 2026 and a minimum of 7 staff-month required.

The CBE now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. The Qualifications and Experience of Key Experts shall not be included in the shortlisting criteria. Key experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.

A. Background of Financing Agency (BftW)

BftW would like to invite interested audit or financial consultancy firms for pre-funding assessments of its partner's following.

The bidders shall have a certificate of competency from Oromia Construction Authority or Ministry of Urban Development and Construction with Category GC-4 or RC-5 and above renewed for the bidding period and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder's compliance, which shall include: -

i. Trading/Business License renewed for bid period and Comercial Registración Certificate from authorized bodies.

ii. VAT & Tax payer Identification Certificate issued by the tax authority,

iii. Tax Clearance certificate issued from the Tax Authority (Inland Revenue Authority) which allows the bidder to participate in public tenders at the date of the deadline for bid submission.

iv. Evidence of/Being/ Registered at National Electronic Government Procurement Portland (EGP) Supplier list.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible domestic bidders as specified and defined in the bidding document.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents, including a complete set of Engineering Drawings which is necessary for bidding purpose, at the address given below at office working hours. 5. Bidders shall submit One Original and two photocopies for both Technical proposal and financial offer. Technical proposal will be sealed in such a way that one original and one photo copy to be sealed in one envelope while the second photocopy will be sealed in another envelope separately and labeled as "One ORIGINAL & One PHOTOCOPY" and "Second PHOTOPY" respectively, then placed in another outer envelope along with bid security as indicated in the above table, in an acceptable form as indicated in bidding document. Financial proposal will be sealed in such a way that one original and one photocopy to be sealed in one envelope while the second photocopy will be scaled in another envelope separately and Inbeled as "One ORIGINAL & One PHOTOCOPY" and "Second PHOTOCPY" respectively, then placed in another outer envelope. Finally, the whole documents shall be placed in a single wax sealed envelope whose outer cover containing all necessary information about the firm & Employer including project information.

Qualification Application, Financial offers, and Bid security of the bidders will be opened by the East Wollega Roads & Logistics Office in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the final date and 30 minutes after bid submission as stated above.

7. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification Information First and Financial Bids of Qualified bidders next. Financial Proposal of qualified bidders will be opened at the same address given below on the date that is to be declared by the Bid Endorsing Committee after completion of the evaluation of Technical Proposals. Unqualified Bidders' Financial Proposal will be returned unopened to the Bidder.
