1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDP online and on the African Development Bank Group's Internet Website dated 21st February 2024.

2. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of climate resilient wheat value chain development project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of Agricultural Machineries and Related Equipment's.

3. The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Agricultural Machineries and Related Equipment's packaged under the different lots indicated in the table below:

4. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding International procedures in accordance with the African Development Bank's Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations, dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.

5. Interested eligible bidders may bid for any one or more of the above listed lots and may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office address given below in the morning from 8:30 A.M to 12:30 P.M and in the afternoon from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.

6. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 2000.00 (two thousand birr) or USD 15.00 (fifteen Dollar) equivalent in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be through bank transfer to CBE Acc. No. 1000009144009.

7. All Bids must be valid for a period of 120 (one hundred twenty) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by an original bid security as stated in the table above and in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee enforceable in the locally registered banks, in the format provided in the Bidding Document.

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30 A.M EAT on 24 March 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

9. Bids shall be publicly opened at the address below, at 10:45 A.M on the same date of closing in the presence of bidders or their designated representatives who choose to attend.

10. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Framework requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

Procurement Reference Number: ORLB/NCB/RCFSP/CP-28/2018

1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE), Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure with financing support from the World Bank through the International Development Association (IDA) Grant E308-ET, is implementing the Rural Roads Connectivity for food security Program (RCFSP). The Government of Oromia Regional state also allocated required budget as a matching fund for the program and intends to apply part of this budget to payments for under listed projects.

2. The Oromia Roads and Logistics Bureau (ORLB), now invites Contractors of Category GC-4 or RC-4 and below to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material and equipment for Construction works of Package-V Road projects. Details of the projects; project name, location, length, amount of bid security and the project duration are indicated in the table below.

3. Bidders should fulfill the following requirements & other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder's compliance:

-Domestic bidders shall have a certificate of registration from Ethiopian Construction Authority or Regional Construction Authority with relevant Categories GC-4 or RC4 and below, renewed for the bidding period,

-Commercial registration certificate,

-Renewed trade license for the bidding period,

-Tax clearance certificate which is valid for bid submission date that permits the bidder to participate in any public tender,

-TIN and VAT registration certificate and

-Evidence of being registered at National Electronic Government Procurement Portal (eGP) supplier list.

4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible domestic bidders as specified and defined in the bidding document.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Roads & Logistics Bureau and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at office hour. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000.00 (One Thousand Birr) in cash for each Project interested to apply, starting from the date of this notice.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected. Technical Proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives, at the address below on the same date at 10:30 AM.

7. Bidders must meet the minimum qualification criteria for their Financial Proposal to be opened. Unqualified Bidders' Financial Proposal will be returned unopened to the Bidder. Financial Proposal of qualified bidders will be opened, at the same address given below, on the date that is to be declared by the Bureau's Endorsing Committee (TAC), after completion of the evaluation of Technical Proposals.

8. The Oromia Roads and Logistics Bureau reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.

የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ትራፊክ ማኔጅመንት ባልስልጣን ከታች በሎት የተዘረዘሩትን እቃዎች ግዢ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል::

ስለሆነም በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ድርጅቶች ፡

1. የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ብር 400.00 (አራት መቶ ብር) የማይመለስ በመክፈል ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ላይ ከወጣ ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ ጨረታው መዝጊያ ቀን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ጠዋት ከ2፡00 እስከ 6፡30 ከሰዓት ከ7፡30 እስከ 10፡00 ሰዓት በባለስልጣኑ ግዥ ንብረት አስተዳደር እና ጠቅላላ አገልግሎት ዳይሬክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 10-01 መውሰድ ይችላሉ::

2. ተጫራቾች የቫት ተመዝጋቢ ፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ እና ለሚያቀርቡት አገልግሎት ዘርፍ የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው፣

3. ተጫራቾች በእቃ አቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡ ስለመሆናቸው ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡

4. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታው ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተመሰከረለት ቼክ (ሲፒኦ) ተመላሽ የሚሆን ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት 50ሺብር (ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር) ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡

5. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ሆነው የተመረጡት ድርጅቶች የጨረታው ውጤት በደብዳቤ ከተገለጸበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ10 (አስር) የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ በባለስልጣኑ ግዥ ንብረት አስተዳደር እና ጠቅላላ አገልግሎት ዳይሬክቶሬት ዋና ክፍል በመቅረብ ያሸነፉበትን ዋጋ 10% የመልካም ስራ አፈጻጸም በማስያዝ እና ውል መፈረም አለባቸው፣

6. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ላልሆኑ ድርጅቶች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ የጨረታው አሸናፊ ተለይቶየአሸናፊነትደብዳቤ ከተሰጠው በኋላ ባሉት 5 ቀናት ውስጥ ይመለስላቸዋል፣

7. ጨረታው የካቲት 20/208 ዓ.ም በ8፡00 ሰዓት ይዘጋል፣

8. ጨረታው የካቲት 20/2018 ዓ/ም ከቀኑ በ8፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራጮች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፣

9. ከጨረታ መዝጊያ ቀንና ሰዓት በኋላ የሚቀርቡ የመጫረቻ ሰነዶች ተቀባይነት የላቸውም፡፡

3. Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 5,000 (Five Thousand birr) which is valid for 90 days starting from bid opening date in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group", in sealed and separate envelope and the envelope that contain the bid bond marked "Bid Security". Bid Security from any insurance company will not be acceptable.

4. በኢትዮጵያ ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን የሞያሌ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ እና በስሩ የሚገኙ መ/ጣቢዎች ተይዘው እና ተወርሰው የሚገኙ የሞተር ሳይክል እና የተሽከሪካሪ መለዋወጫዎች፣ አልባሳት ዕቃዎች፣ ኤሌክትሮኒክስ ዕቃዎች፤ የመገናኛ መሳሪያዎች፣ ኮስሞቲክስ እና የንጽህና መጠበቂያ ዕቃዎች፤ የቤት ውስጥ መገልገያ እና ማስዋቢያ ዕቃዎች፣ ነዳጅ፤ ምግብ ነክ ዕቃዎች እንዲሁም ሌሎች ዕቃዎች በግልጽ እና በሐራጅ ጨረታ ተጫራቾችን አወዳድሮ ለመሽጥ ይፈልጋል:: በዚህ መሠረት ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን የጨረታ ቅድመ ሁኔታዎች እና መስፈርቶች ማሟላት የሚችሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡

1. ለጨረታ የቀረቡት ዕቃዎች ላይ ለመወዳደር የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች በጨረታ ከሚሸጠው ዕቃዎች ጋር ተዛማችነት ያለው የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለ ስለመሆኑ ክሊራንስ እና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እንቅስቃሴያቸውን ያሳወቁበት በቅርብ ጊዜ የተሰጣቸው የምስክር ወረቀት እና መለያ ቁጥሩን ከመረቻ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዞ በኤንቨሎፕ በማሸግ ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርበታል፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች የግልጽ ጨረታ ሰነድ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ ከ2፡00-12፡00 ሰዓት እና ቅዳሜ ከጠዋቱ 2፡00-6፡00 ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 (አንድ መቶ ብር) በመክፈል በጽ/ቤታችን የእለት ገቢ ገንዘብ ሰብሳቢ ቢሮ ቁጥር 16 በመገኘት ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ መዝጊያው ቀን ድረስ የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ::

3. በግልፅ ጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ዕቃዎች የሰጡትን ዋጋ አምስት በመቶ (5%) ዋስትና (CPO) እንዲሁም በሐራጅ ጨረታ የሚቀርቡ ዕቃዎችንም በተመለከተ ማስያዝ ያለባችሁ የሲፒኦ መጠን በየኮዱ የሚለያይ ስለሆነ ከጨረታ ደንብ ላይ መመልከት የምትችሉ መሆኑን እየገለጽን በጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን በሞያሌ ቅርንጫፍ ስም በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒ ኦ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

4. ጨረታው የሚካሄደው በሞያሌ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ሲሆን ተጫራቾች (ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው) ባሉበት ወይም ታዛቢ ፊት ይከፈታል፡፡

5. ተጫራቾች ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣው ከታተመበት ቀን ጀምሮ የሚቆጠር እስከ 7ተኛው ቀን ድረስ ለጨረታ የቀረቡ ዕቃዎች ናሙና በሞያሌ እና በሁሉም መጣቢያ የሚገኙ መጋዝኖቻችን እየሄዱ መመልከት አለባቸው፡፡

6. ጨረታው የሚካሄደው ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የሚቆጠር በ8ኛው ቀን ሲሆን ጨረታው ከጠዋቱ 3፡45 (ሶስት ሰዓት ከአርባ አምስት ደቂቃ) ተዝግቶ 4፡00 (አራት ሰዓት) ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡

7. ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 6 በተገለጸው ጋዜጣው ከታተመበት ቀን ጀምሮ የሚቆጠር 8ኛው ቀን የስራ ቀን ሳይሆን ሲቀር ጨረታው መዝጊያ እና መክፈቻ ቀን በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይሆናል፤፤

8. ለጨረታው አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታው ያስያዙት ሲ.ፒ.ኦ (CPO) ከሚከፍሉት ዋጋ ጋር የሚታሰብላቸው ሲሆን ለተሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ደግሞ የጨረታውን ውጤት ከተገለጸ በ 3 ቀናት ውስጥ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል፡፡

9. አሸናፊ ተጫራች ማሸነፋቸውን በደብዳቤ ወይም በማስታወቂያ ከተገለጸላቸው ቀን ጀምሮ በ 5 ቀናት ውስጥ ያሸነፉበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ በማድረግ ዕቃውን መረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

10. ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 9 በተገለጹት ቀናት ውስጥ ክፍያውን ገቢ ያላደረገ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት (CPO) ለመ/ቤቱ ግቢ ሆኖ ዕቃው በድጋሚ ለሽያጭ ይቀርባል፡፡

11. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡

Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to conduct bid for the selection of potential supplier for Paper Towel Roll (Maxi Roll) on a contractual basis.

Hence, ETG invites all interested and eligible Bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:

1. Any legally established bidders with renewed business license valid for the current year, a VAT registration certificate, a taxpayer certificate, a Product Quality Assurance Certificate from accrediting body, the ability to submit the requested product sample, and having two (2) years and above working experience can participate in the bid and obtain the tender document.

2. Any form of insurance or conditional guarantee is not acceptable. Upon announcement of the winning bidder, the CPO or bank guarantee submitted by the unsuccessful bidders will be returned promptly.

4. Bidders are required to submit sealed bid document in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section before/ on March 09, 2026, at 3:00 pm. 10. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ፋይናንሻል አንድ(1) ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት(2) ኮፒ እንዲሁም ቴክኒካል አንድ(1) ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት(2) ኮፒ ለየብቻ በፖስታ በማሸግ ማቅርብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

1. The SWEPRS Pastoral and Lowland area Affairs Bureau through the Government of Ethiopia has received Loan from African Development Bank (AfDB) toward the cost of Infrastructure Development and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for Construction of Lot 1-Construction of Water Supply Rehabilitation at West Omo Zone Meanit shasha Woreda Kenti Kebele and Lot 2- Construction of Bridge and Road Rehabilitation at West Omo Zone Meinit Goldiva wereda Gachit kebele in the SWEPR.

2. SWEPRS Pastoral and Lowland area Affairs Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders For Lot 1 WWC -5 and above and for Lot-2 GC/RC-5 contractor with license renewed for the year 2018 E.C, Valid tax clearance certificate, Certificate of Competence, VAT registration certificate and TIN Certificate.

3. Bidders are strongly advised to visit the project construction site before submitting their proposals.

4. Bidders instructed to submit wax sealed envelope of "ONE ORIGINAL" AND "TWO COPIES of the technical and financial document. For both documents put in different folder with one mother folder.

5. Firms who have ongoing contracts with the bureau or other regional bureaus have to demonstrate that they have 70% or more contraction progress generally with no delay or termination notifications and practical terminations, otherwise will be rejected.

6. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as specified in the African Development Bank's Guidelines and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.

7. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods or Procurement of Works.

8. Bid must be accompanied by bid security of ETB 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr) for Lot-1 and ETB 400,000 (Four Hundred Thousand Birr) for Lot -2 in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee, CPO (Certified Payment Order) and shall remain Valid for 120 (One Hundred twenty) days.

9. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000.00 (One Thousand Birr) for each project or in other equivalent and freely convertible currency starting from the first appearance of this advertisement on Ethiopian Herald Newspaper for 28 calendar days from the project office at Bonga. The final submission date and opening of the proposal will be on 28th date of this announcement at 8:00 & 9:00 local time respectively. If the 28th day is not working date it will be held on next working day.

ልህቀት የዲዛይንና ቁጥጥር ኮርፖሬሽን በግቢው ውስጥ ለሚያስገነባው G+2+T የዲዛይን ህንፃ ጥቅም ላይ የሚውል ማለትም፡-

- ለሲቪል፣ ለሳኒተሪ እና ለኤሌክትሪክ ስራዎች የሚያገለግሉ ልዩ ልዩ የግንባታ ግብአቶች(ዕቃዎች) እና

- የአልሙኒየም ስራዎች (አቅርቦትና ተከላ) በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ማንኛውም ህጋዊ ተጫራቾች የሚከተሉትን መስፈርት በማሟላት በጨረታው መወዳደር ይችላል፡፡

3. ጨረታው የካቲት 17 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. በ8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ዕለት በ8፡30 ለመገኘት የቻሉ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባሉበት ይከፈታል፡፡

በደ/ኢ/ክ/መንግስት በኣሪ ዞን የደቡብ ኣሪ ወረዳ ፋይናንስ ጽ/ቤት በፑል ለሚተዳደሩ ሴክተር መ/ቤቶች በ2018 በጀት ዓመት የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾችን በማወዳደር ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን ዕቃዎች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡ በዚህም መሰረት፡-

ሎት 1. የጽህፈትመሳሪያ ዕቃዎች፣ ሎት 2. ሌሎች አላቂ ዕቃዎች፣ ዕቀዎች በግልጽ ጨረታ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች በማሟላት መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡

1. በሁሉም መስኮች ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃድ ያላቸውና የ2018ዓ.ም ፍቃድ ያሳደሱና የንግድ ምዝገባ ወረቀት እና የአቅራቢነት ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት ያለው፡፡

2. የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ቁጥር (tin number) እና ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ሠርተፍኬት VAT ማስረጃ፤ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉበትን ማስረጃ፣ የታክስ ክሊራንስና ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ እንዲሁም የጨረታ ሰነድ በሚያስገቡበት ጊዜ የድርጅት ማህተም፤ ስም፤ አድራሻ፣ ስልክ ቁጥር እና ፊርማ በሰነዱ ላይ በማድረግ ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡

3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የሚያስገቡት የሎት1. የጽ/መሳሪያ 7000/ሰባት ሺህ ብር፣ ሎት 2. ሌሎች አላቂ ዕቃዎች ብር 7000/ሰባት ሺህ ብር/፣ ዕቃዎች /10,000/ አስር ሺህ ብር የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ CPO ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና በፖስታ ታሽጎ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ።

4. ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ላይ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 (አስራ አምስት) ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 300 /ሁለት መቶ ብር/ በእያንዳንዱ ሎት በመክፈል ከኣሪ ዞን ከደቡብ ኣሪ ወረዳ ፋይናንስ ጽ/ቤት ከግዥ/ን/አስ/ር ዳይሬክቶሬት ክፍል ቀርቦ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

5. አሸናፊ ድርጅት ለሚያቀርባቸው ዕቃ የውል ማስከበሪያ ቢያንስ 10% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ /CPO/ ማስያዝ የሚችል

6. አሸናፊ ተጫራች ያሸነፈውን ዕቃዎች እስከ በደ/ኢ/ክ/መንግስት በኣሪ ዞን የደቡብ ኣሪ ወረዳ ፋይናንስ ጽ/ቤት ድረስ በማምጣት ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡

7. ተጫራቾች ባሸነፉበት ዕቃ ውል ገብተው ለማቅረብ ፍቃደኛ ባይሆኑ የውሉ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ሆኖ በጨረታው ህግና ደንብ መሰረት ለሚመለከተው አካል እርምጃ እንዲወስድ ሪፖርትከተደረገ ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ሊወስድ ይችላል፡፡

8. ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በኋላ ተጫራቾች ባቀረቡት የመወዳደሪያ ሀሳብ ላይ ለውጥ ወይም ማሻሻያ ማድረግ ወይም ከጨረታ ራስን ማግለል አይቻልም፡፡

9. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ማብራሪያ ወይም ማሻሻያ ጥያቄ ለግዥ ፈጻሚ አካል ማቅረብ የሚችሉት ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ 5 ቀናት በፊት መሆን አለበት፡፡

10. ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የጨረታውን ሰነድ በ16ኛው /አስራ ስድስተኛው/ የሥራ ቀን ከሆነ ብቻ ካልሆነ በሚቀጥለው በተመሳሳይ የሥራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት አላቂ ዕቃ ይታሸጋል፡፡ 4፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡ከጠዋቱ 5፡00 ሰዓት ሌሎች አላቂ ዕቃ ይታሸጋል፡፡ 5፡30 ይከፈታል፡፡

11. ተጫራቾች በገዙት ሰነድ ላይ ባለው ዋጋ ቫትን ጨምረው በግልጽ መሙላት አላባቸው፡፡

12. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ቴክኒካልና ፋይናንሻል ዶክመንት የሚያቀርቡት፦ አንድ ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ ለእያንዳንዳቸው ቴክኒካልና ፋይናንሻል ዶክመንት በአንድ እናት ፖስታ በማሸግ ለጨረታው በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ገቢ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል።

13. ጨረታው በዚያው ቀን 4፡30 የጽ/መሳሪያ ፡ ሌሎች አላቂ ዕቃዎች 5፡30 ፡ ባለቤቱ ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ ጨረታው ሲከፈት የተጫራቾች ያለመሟላት የጨረታ ሂደቱን አያስተጓጉልም፡፡ ተጫራቾች ጨረታው በሚከፈትበት ዕለት ኦርጅናል ዶክመንቶቻቸውን ይዘው መቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።
