የፍ ባለመበት ወ/ሮ ዘላለም ሰብስቤ እና የፍ/ባለዕዳ አቶ ታደሰ አለሙ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌዴራል መጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍ/ቤት በኮ/መ/ቁ/1026 በ10/02/2018 ዓ/ም በኮ/መ/ቁ 19893 በ26/3/2018 ዓ/ም በዋለው ችሎት በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ መሠረት ፍርድ ለማስፈጸም በአዲስ ከተማ ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 05 የቤት ቁጥር 567 መለያ ቁጥር AA000020500950 በአቶ ታደሰ አለሙ ስም ተመዝግቦ የሚገኝ ቤት የይዞታ ስፋት 500 ካ/ሜ የሆነ የሐራጅ መነሻ ዋጋ ብር 23,382,000 (ሃያ ሶስት ሚሊዮን ሶስት መቶ ሰማንያ ሁለት ሺህ) ሆኖ የትራዛክሽን ታክስ ገዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ መጋቢት 8 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም በሐራጅ ይሸጣል፡፡ የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ 4፡30 ሰዓት ተጀምሮ የቀረቡ ተጫራቾች ተመዝግበው እንደተጠናቀቀ ወዲያውኑ ጨረታው የሚካሄድ ይሆናል፡፡

የሐራጅ ሽያጭ የሚካሄደው በፌደራል ፍርድ ቤቶች የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጽ/ቤት የጨረታ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ሲሆን፣ ንብረቱን ተጫርተው ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ቀደም ብሎ ባሉት አራት የሥራ ቀናቶች ውስጥ ባለመብቱ ለማስጎብኘት በሚመርጧቸው ሦስት የሥራ ቀናቶች በፌ/ፍ/ቤቶች ፍርድ አፈፃፀም ጽ/ቤት ሐራጅ ክፍል ድረስ ከጠዋቱ በ3፡30 ብቻ በመገኘትና ባለመብቱ በሚያቀርበው ትራንስፖርት ንብረቱን ባለበት ቦታ ድረስ በመውሰድ ለመጐብኘት የሚችሉ ሲሆን እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች በሚጫረትበት ወቅት የንብረቱን መነሻ ግምት 1/4 ኛውን በንግድ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ከ1/4ው አስበልጦም ሆነ አሳንሶ የሚመጣ ተጫራች በጨረታው አይካፈልም፡፡ በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ግለሰብ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ገንዘብ በአጠቃላይ ጨረታውን ከአሸነፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በፍ/አፈ/ጽ/ቤት ስም CPO አሰርቶ በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ብቻ ሙሉ ገንዘቡን በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት በጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነ በጨረታ ያሸነፈበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ ሳይደረግ ቀርቶ በቀጣይ ጨረታ ተደርጎ ጨረታው ከበፊቱ ጨረታው ቀንሶ ከተሸጠ ገዥው በልዩነት ተጠያቂ እንደሚሆን የፍ/አፈ/ጽ/ቤት ንብረቱን በሕጋዊ መንገድ በሐራጅ ስለመሸጡ ለሚመለከተው አካል ማስረጃ ከመጻፍ ባለፈ ስም የማዛወር ግዴታ የሌለበት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

ግልጽ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የጨረታ ቁጥር EL-MD-2026-281

ኤልፎራ አግሮ ኢንዱስትሪ ኃ/የተ/የግል ማኀበር ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን ያገለገሉ ዕቃዎች በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ በመሆኑም ከዚህ በታች የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች እንዲወዳደሩ ይጋብዛል፡፡

1. ተጫራቾች ሕጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና ለተጨማሪ እሴትታክስ (VAT) ወይም ተርን ኦቨር ታክስ (TOT) የተመዘገቡ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነዱን አዲስ አበባ ጉርድ ሾላ (ላምበረት) አካባቢ ከሚገኘው ዋና መ/ቤት መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ የጨረታ ሰነዱ መግዣ ዋጋ የማይመለስ ብር 200.00 (ሁለት መቶ ) ነው፡፡

3. ተጫራቾች ዋጋ ከመስጠታቸው በፊት ዕቃዎች በሚገኙበት ከተማ በአካል በመገኘት ማየት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች ከሚያቀርቡት ሰነድ ጋር የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ እና ለጨረታ ማሰከበሪያ /Bid bond/የሚሆን ብር ከላይ የተገለፀውን በእያንዳንዱ ሎት የተቀመጠውን የገንዘብ መጠን በሲፒኦ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

5. ለተሸነፉ ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ገንዘብ ውጤቱ እንደታወቀ ተመላሽ ይደረጋል፡፡

6. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ የሚያቀርቡትን የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ቅፅ በተራ ቁጥር 1 የተገለፁትን ፎርማሊቲዎች በማሟላት በፖስታ አሽገው ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

7. ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበትን መለያ ኮድ (ሎት) እና ቦታ በፓስታው ላይ መፃፍ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

8. ጨረታው ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ቅዳሜ እና እሑድን ሳይጨምር ለ8 (ስምንት) ቀናት እስከ ቀኑ 7፡25 ሰዓት ድረስ ክፍት ሆኖ ይቆያል፡፡

9. ተጫራቾች በኤልፎራ ዋና መ/ቤት 4ኛ ፎቅ ግብይት መምሪያ ቢሮ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን የጨረታ መወዳደሪያ ፖስታቸውን እንዲያሰገቡ ይደረግና በ8ኛው ቀን 7፡30 ሰዓት የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ይታሸጋል፤ በዚሁ እለት 8፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በድርጅቱ የስብሰባ አዳራሽ 8ኛ ፎቅ ጨረታው ይከፈታል፡፡

10. ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ የግዥ መለያ ቁጥር 006/2018

በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ገቢዎች ቢሮ ለደንብ ልብስ የሚውሉ መገልገያዎች በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

-ሎት አንድ - ዩኒፎርም (ለወንድ ሙሉ ልብስ ኮትና ሱሪ፣ ለሴት ኮትና ጉርድ ቀሚስ ወይም ኮትና ሱሪ ተሰፍቶ የተዘጋጀ ሸሚዝ፣ ከረቫት ፣ የውስጥ ልብስ እና አጭር የቆዳ ጫማ ለወንድና ለሴት እንዲሁም ደረት ላይ የሚደረግ ተሰኪ ወይም ተንጠልጣይ ሎጎ )

በጨረታው ላይ ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ድርጅቶች የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

1. ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸውና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ

2. በገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ልማት ሚኒስቴር የአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር የተመዘገቡና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ እንዲሁም በመንግሥት ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ባዘጋጀው የእቃና አገልግሎት አቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡ።

3. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡበትን የቴክኒክ ፕሮፖዛል “አንድ ኦርጅናል ኮፒ እና የፋይናንሻል ዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ዝርዝር “አንድ ኦርጅናል ኮፒ” የድርጅቱ ስም፣ አድራሻ እና ማህተም እንዲሁም የሚጫረቱበትን የጨረታ ዓይነት ሎት በመፃፍ እና በየሎቱ በመለየት በታሸገ ኤንቨሎኘ በማቅረብ ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 10ኛው ቀን ድረስ ከቀኑ 11፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። ጨረታው በዚሁ እለት ከቀኑ 11፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ በ11ኛው ቀን (በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን) ከቀኑ 4፡00 ሰዓት በግዥ ፋይናንስ ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬክተር ቢሮ ቁጥር 202 ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው . በተገኙበትይከፈታል፡፡ የጨረታው መክፈቻ ቀን እሁድ ወይም የበዓል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ይሆናል።

4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ብር ጠቅላላ ከሚወዳደሩበት እቃ ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ለሎት አንድ 2%፣ በባንክ በተመሰከረለት ቼክ CPO ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው። CPO መሥራት ያለበት የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ገቢዎች ቢሮ በሚል አድራሻ መሆን አለበት።

5. ተጫራቾች በአማርኛ ቋንቋ የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ቅዳሜ ጨምሮ በሥራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 500/ አምስት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ሜክሲኮ አፍሪካ ኅብረት ፊት ለፊት አማጋ ሕንፃ ላይ በሚገኘው የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ገቢዎች ቢሮ 2ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 205 ግዥ አገልግሎት ቡድን በአካል በመቅረብ የጨረታ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ።

6. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ ተ.እ.ታ∫ቫት ጨምሮ ወይም ተ.እ.ታ∫ቫት በፊት መሆኑን መግለጽ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። ያልተገለፁ ከሆነ ተ.እታ∫ቫት/ ጨምሮ እንደሆነ ተደርጎ ይወሰዳል።

7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታው አሸናፊነቱ ከተገለፀባቸው በኋላ የውል ማስከበሪያ በአሸነፉበት ሎት ከጠቅላላ ዋጋው 10% በማስያዝ ውል መዋዋል ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

8. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ሰነዱ የተገለፀው የመጫረቻ ሰነድ ማቅረቢያ የመጨረሻ ጊዜ ካለፈ በኋላ ወይም በጨረታው ሰነዱ በተገለፀው የጨረታ ዋጋ ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ ውስጥ ራሱን ከጨረታው ካገለለ እና የጨረታው አሸናፊነቱ ከተገለፀ በኋላ በተገለፀላቸው ቀን ቀርበው ውለታ ካልፈፀሙና የውል ማስከበሪያ ካላስያዙ ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለመንግሥት ገቢ ይሆናል።

9. ተጫራቾች በሚወዳደሩባቸው ሁሉም ደንብ ልብሶች ላይ የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከማስገባታቸው በፊት ናሙናዎችን ለግዥ አገልግሎት ቡድን ማስገባት አለባቸው።

10. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፋባቸውን እቃዎች በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ግዥ ፈጻሚው መሥሪያ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

11 ለጨረታ ከቀረቡት ዕቃዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ ጽ/ቤቱ እስከ 20% /ሃያ ፐርሰንት/ ጨምሮ ወይም ቀንሶ የመግዛት መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

12. መሥሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

2. ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ 15 የሥራ ቀናት የጨረታ ሰነዱን ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 500/አምስት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ደብረ ሊባኖስ ወረዳ ገንዘብ ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 1 መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

3. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 5000/ አምሰት ሺህ ብር/ በባንክ በተመሰከረለት ቼክ/CPO/ ብቻ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ጨረታውን ያሸነፈ ተጫራች ባሸነፈባቸው የዕቃ ዝርዝር መሰረት ከመ/ቤቱ ጋር የውል ስምምነት መፈራረም ይኖርበታል፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች እቃዎቹን ከነ-ትራንስፖርት ወጪያቸው የሚሸጡበትን ዋጋና አይነት በመለየት በተዘጋጀው ዝርዝር ሰነድ ላይ ሞልተው በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን አንስቶ እስከ 15ኛ ቀን ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት 2፡30-11፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ በሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ለዚህ ሲባል በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

5. ጨረታው በ16ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ተዘግቶ በዚህ ቀን 5፡00 ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡ 16ኛው ቀን ቅዳሜ እሑድ ወይም በበዓል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ይካሄዳል፡፡ ተጫራቾች በሚፈልጉትና ማቅረብ በሚችሉበት እቃዎች ላይ ብቻ መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡ ሆኖም ለአንድ ዓይነት እቃ ከተጠየቀው ብዛት አሳንሶ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡

6. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ተወዳድረው ያሸነፉበትን እቃዎች ደ/ሊባኖስ ወረዳ ገንዘብ ጽ/ቤት ዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት የማጓጓዣ፣ የማስጫኛና የማውረጃ ወጪ መቻል ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

7. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

Construction Works of Nursery Infrastructure Development located at three different places

1. The Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Agriculture /Climate Action through Landscape Management (CALM P for R) has an intention to procure "the Construction of Nursery Infrastructure Development".

2. The Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Agriculture Invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Construction of Nursery Infrastructure Development at three places located at:

Lot 1. S/Gondar Dera Woreda Nursery Infrastructure Development Project

Lot 2. W/Gojjam Jabi-Tenan Nursery Infrastructure Development Project

Lot 3. N/Wollo Gubalafto Nursery Infrastructure Development Project

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Amhara National Regional State Government.

4. To be eligible for bidding of this project, the contractor must be duly registered in the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency's Supplier List, in Category GC/BC, Grade 6 and above; should submit a copy of renewed trade licence for the year 2018 E.C, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate & Tax Clearance Certificate.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Agriculture Procurement, Finance and Property Administration Directorate during working hours.

6. Each bidder is allowed to participate for one or multiple lots.

7. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non- refundable fee of ETB 500 at the address stated below during working hours from Monday to Friday.

8. Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening and bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000.00 in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee/CPO.

9. Bid shall be submitted in two separate envelops. One envelope for the technical and another envelop for financial.

10. Bids must be delivered to the address below from 11th of February to 4th of March 2026 G.C. Bid will he closed at 4:00 local time on 4th of March 2026 G.C. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend the bid opening ceremony at the address below at 4:30 local time on the 4th of March 2026 G.C. Late bids shall be rejected.

MSF-HOLLAND invites sealed bids from qualified Insurance companies with a valid and renewed business license for the year, along with TIN and VAT certificates, for the insurance service of vehicle, warehouse and staff insurance coverage.

1. Scope of Services

The selected insurance company shall provide:

Staff insurance: MSF Holland has around 600 staff employed under the organization, to provide the medical services and we are seeking to procure Term life Insurance coverage and an add on to cover 24 hr accident related disability from a licensed insurance company operating in Ethiopia.

- Group Term Life Insurance coverage for all eligible employees (death due to natural causes or illness).

- Group Personal Accident Insurance as an add on covering:

-- Permanent total disability

-- Partial disability

-- Medical expenses reimbursement

- Workman's Insurance for a limited number of temporary staff including a similar coverage as GPA

8 የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚታወቀው ባንኩ ከፍተኛ ዋጋ የሰጠውን ተጫራች አሸናፊ መሆኑን ባንኩ በደብዳቤ ሲያሳውቅ ነው፡፡

9 በንብረቶች ሽያጭ ላይ በመንግስት የሚጣል ግብር/ታክስ የጨረታው አሸናፊ ይከፍላል።

8. ንብረቱ ለገዢው ስም እንዲዛወር ለሚመለከተው መንግስታዊ አካል ማረጋገጫ ይጽፋል::

9. የንግድ ማህበራትን ወክሎ ለመጫረት የማህበራቱን መመስረቻ ጽሁፍ እና መተዳደርያ ደንብ የያዘና በማህበራቱ ስም ንብረት ለመግዛት ስልጣን ያለው መሆን ያለበት ሲሆን ይህንኑ የሚያረጋግጥ ሰነድ በማቅረብ ይሆናል::

10. ባንኩ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ሆነ በሙሉ የመስረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::
