ስማቸው ከዚህ በታች የተጠቀሱት ተበዳሪ ከቪዥን ፈንድ ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ኢማ የወሰዱትን ብድር ባለመክፈላቸው ተቋሙ ከዚህ በታች የተመለከተውን በዋስትና የተያዘ ቤት ባለበት ሁኔታ በጨረታ ይሸጣል::

ማንኛውም ተጫራች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሉ 1/4ኛውን በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም በባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ /ሲፒኦ/ በማስያዝ መጫረት ይችላል::

አሸናፊው ያሸነፈበትን ቀሪ ገንዘብ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃሎ መክፈል ያለበት ሲሆን ካልከፈሉ ለጨረታ መነሻ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ተመላሽ አይደረግም::

ቤቱ ያለበትን ሁኔታ ለማየት ከቪዥን ፈንድ ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ፍቼ ቅርንጫፍ አማካኝነት ጽ/ቤት በመቅረብ ከጨረታ በፊት ባሉ የስራ ቀናት እና የጨረታዉ ቀን በቦታው በመገኘት መመልከት ይቻላል፡፡

በንብረቱ ላይ ከመንግስት የሚፈለጉ ግብሮችን፣ቫት፣ የስም ማዛወሪያ እና ሌሎች ወጪዎችን የጨረታ አሸናፊው ይሸፍናል::

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

በደ/ም/ኢ/ህ/ክ መንግስት በቤንች ሸኮ ዞን የሸኮ ከተማ አስተዳደር ለሚያስገነባው የሸኮ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት እና የሸኮ ጤና ጣቢያ በ2018 ዓ.ም የበጀት ዘመን ላቀደው የቢሮ ግንባታ ስራ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል። ሎት 1 የሸኮ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት፣ ሎት 2 የሸኮ ጤና ጣቢያ። ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን የጨረታ መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቶች ድርጅቶች እንዲወዳደሩ ይጋበዛሉ።

ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርት የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾችን አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

1. ደረጃ 5GC/BC እና ከዛ በላይ የሆነ፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች ሰነድ ለመግዛት በሚመጡበት ጊዜ ለበጀት አመቱ የሚያገለግል የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ፣የንግድ ፍቃድ የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት፣ የቫት ተመዝጋቢ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ እና ምስክር ወረቀት በማቅረብ በተቋሙ ግ/ፋ/ን ቢሮ ቁጥር--- የጨረታውን ሰነድ የማይመለስ ለሎት 1 ብር 1000 (አንድ ሺ ብር) ለሎት 2 ብር 1000 (አንድ ሺ ብር በመክፈል መግዛት ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡

3. የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ በተገቢዉ ሁኔታ ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡

4. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር ሎት ብር 300,000 (ሶስት መቶ ሺ ብር) ሎት 2 ብር 380,000 (ሶስት መቶ ሰማንያ ሺ ብር) በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ማስያዝ አለበት፡፡

5. ተጫራቾች የገዙትን ሰነድ (ፋይናንሻል እና ቴክኒካል) ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን አስፈላጊ የሆኑትን መረጃዎች አንድ ኦርጂናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ እያንዳንዱን ለየብቻ በስም በማሸግ በመፈረም እና በጥቅል በስም በታሸገ ፖስታ ማቅረብ አለባቸው ::

6. እያንዳንዱ ፖስታ በስም ታሽጎ ማህተም መምታት ሙሉ አድራሻ በመፃፍ እና በመፈረም ኦሪጅናል እና ኮፒ የሚል ፅሁፍ በግልፅ የሚታይ ቦታ ላይ መፃፍ አለበት፡፡

7. ተጫራቾች በሁሉም የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነዶች ላይ የተጫራቾች ህጋዊ ወኪል ፍርማ እና እንዲሁም የድርጅቱ ማህተም መኖር አለበት፡፡

8. እያንዳንዱ ፖስታ የሚወዳደሩበትን የስራ ቦታ ፣የተቋራጩ አድራሻ እና የተወካዩን ስልክ ቁጥር በመግለጽ መጻፍ አለበት፡፡

9. ይህ ጨረታ በማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ21 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሰነድ አንድ ኦርጂናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ በማድረግ ማስገባት አለባቸው፡፡

10 ጨረታው የሚታሽገው ጨረታው በማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ኛው ቀን በተቋሙ ግ/ፋ/ን ቢሮ ቁጥር 02 ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ተወካዮቻቸዉ በተገኙበት ይታሸጋል፡፡

በካፋ ዞን ገዋታ ወረዳ ፋ/ጽ/ቤት በ2018 በጀት ዓመት የገዋታ ወረዳ ግብ/አካ/ጥበ/ህብ/ሥራ ጽ/ቤት ዘላቂ መሬት አያያዝ /በRLLP-2/GCF ፕሮጀክት ድጋፍ በሜሻማሎ፤ በበልጠታ በሰንበቴ፤ በአድስ ብረሃን፤ ገባኮሮ እና አችዋ ቀበሌዎች ንፁህ መጠጥ ውሃ ግልጽ ጨረታ ወጥቶ እንዲገነባ በደብዳቤ ቁጥር 5154/09/2018 በቀን 01/07/2018 ዓ.ም በጠየቁት መሰረት በግንባታ ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ ተጫራቾችን አወዳድሮ ለማስገንባት ይፈልጋል።

በዚሁመሰረት፡-

1. የኮንስትራክሽን የንግድ ፍቃድ ያለው ተቋራጭ ወይም ጠቅላላ ሥራ ተቋራጭ ደረጃ wwC–5/ GC-5 እና ከዚያ በላይ ያለውና ሰነዶችን ኦርጅናል ወይም ኮፒ ማቅረብ የሚችል

2. የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለና ከሚመለከተዉ አካላት በመንግስት ጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችል የምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችል፣

3. የቫት እና ቲን ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና ሰነዶችን ማቅረብ የሚችል፤

4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ፋይናንሻል እና ቴኪኒካል ሰነዳቸውን ሲመልሱ አንድ ኦርጅናል እና ሁለት

5. ኮፒ በሰም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ሆነው ፋይናንሻሉንም ሆነ ቴኪኒካሉንም ለየብቻ በመለየት እንዲሁም ሁሉንም በአንድ እናት በሰም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ማስገባት አለባቸው፤በበጀት ዓመቱ ሆነ በፊት በገዋታ ወረዳ ዉስጥ ተወዳድሮ በማሸነፍ የተረከቡትን ሳይት ሥራን ጨርሶ ያላሰረከቡ ተጫራቾች ጨረታ ላይ መሳተፍ አይችሉም

6. ተወዳድሮ ያሸነፈበትን ሥራ ሰርቶ ጨርሶ ያስረከቡትን መልካም ሥራ አፈፃፀም ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችል

7. የጨረታ ማስከበርያ በኦርጅናል ሰነድ ውስጥ 60,000 /ስልሳ ሺህ ብር/ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ CPO/ Certified Payment order / ገብቶ መታሸግ አለበት

8. የጨረታ ዝርዝር ሰነድ ከገዋታ ወረዳ ፋ/ጽ/ቤት የማይመለስ 500/አምስት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል መግዛት ይችላሉ፡

9. አሸናፊው ማሸነፉ ከተገለጸበት ቀን ጀምሮ 5/አምስት/የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ በመ/ቤቱ በመገኘት የውል ስምምነት መፈጸም የሚችል፤

10. ተጫራቾች በሚያቀርቡት ማንኛውም መረጃ ላይ ፊርማና ማህተም ሊኖረው ይገባል፡፡

11. አሸናፊው ማሸነፉን ሲረጋገጥ ያሸነፈበትን የጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10% / የውል ማስከበሪያ Performance bond/ ለማስያዝ ፊቃደኛ የሆነ

12. ቅድመ ክፍያ 20 ፐርሰንት /advabce payment/ የሚፈልግ ተቋራጭ ተመጣጣኝ የሆነ የብር ዋስትና ከታወቀ ባንክ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡

13. ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ 21/ሃያ አንድ/ ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ መሳተፍ የሚችል፤

14. ጨረታ ከወጣበት በ22ኛው የስራ ቀን 8፡00 ታሽጓ 8፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ህጋዊ ወኪሎች በተገኙበት በገዋታ ወረዳ ግዥ ን/ስራ ሂደት ይከፈታል፡፡

15. የጨረታ መከፈቻ ቀን ቅዳሜ እና ዕሁድ ወይም የበዓላት ቀን ከዋለ በሚቀጥለዉ የስራ ቀን ከላይ በተገሰጸዉ ቦታና ሰዓት የመዝጉያና የመከፈቻ ቀን ይሆናል፤

16. በሌላ ተጫራች ላይ ተንተሪሶ ዋጋ ማቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡

17. ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎች ያለመገኘት የጨረታውን ሂደት አያስተጓጉልም፤

18. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

በኢትዮጵያ ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን የሞያሌ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ እና በስሩ የሚገኙ መ/ጣቢያዎች ተይዘው እና ተወርሰው የሚገኙ የሞተርሳይክል እና የተሽከሪካሪ መለዋወጫዎች አልባሳት ዕቃዎች፤ ኤሌክትሮኒክስ ዕቃዎች፤ የመገናኛ መሳሪያዎች፣ ኮስሞቲክስ እና የንጽህና መጠበቂያ ዕቃዎች፤ የቤት ውስጥ መገልገያ እና ማስዋቢያ ዕቃዎች፤ ነዳጅ፣ ምግብ ነክ ዕቃዎች፤ ሎውዝ፤ እንዲሁም ሎሎች ዕቃዎች በግልጽ እና በሐራጅ ጨረታ ተጫራቾችን አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል:: በዚህ መሠረት ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን የጨረታ ቅድመ ሁኔታዎች እና መስፈርቶች ማሟላት የሚችሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡

1. ለጨረታ የቀረቡት ዕቃዎች ላይ ለመወዳደር የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች በጨረታ ከሚሸጠው ዕቃዎች ጋር ተዛማችነት ያለው የታደሰ የንግድ ፊቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለ ስለመሆኑ ክሊራንስ እና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እንቅስቃሴያቸውን ያሳውቁበት በቅርብ ጊዜ የተሰጣቸው የምስክር ወረቀት እና መለያ ቁጥሩን ከመረቻ ሠነዱ ጋር አያይዞ በኤንቨሎፕ በማሸግ ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርበታል፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች የግልጽ ጨረታ ሠነድ ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ ከ2፡00-12፡00 ሰዓት እና ቅዳሜ ከጠዋቱ 2፡00-6፡00 ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 (አንድ መቶ ብር) በመክፈል በጽ/ቤታችን የዕለት ገቢ ገንዘብ ሰብሳቢ ቢሮ ቁር 16 በመገኘት ይህ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ አየር ላይ ከዋለበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ መዝጊያው ቀን ድረስ የጨረታ ሠነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

3. በግልፅ ጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ዕቃዎች የሰጡትን ዋጋ አምስት በመቶ (5%) ዋስትና (CPO) እንዲሁም በሐራጅ ጨረታ የሚቀርቡ ዕቃዎችንም በተመለከተ ማስያዝ ያለባችሁ የሲፒኦ መጠን በየኮዱ የሚለያይ ስለሆነ ከጨረታ ደንብ ላይ መመልከት የምትችሉ መሆኑን እየገለጽን በጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን በሞያሌ ቅርንጫፍ ስም በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

4. ጨረታው ሚካሄደው በሞያሌ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ሲሆን ተጫራቾች (ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው) ባሉበት ወይም ታዛቢ ፊት ይከፈታል፡፡

5. ተጫራቾች ማስታወቂያዉ በጋዜጣ ከታተመበት ቀን ጀምሮ የሚቆጠር እሰከ 7ተኛው ቀን ድረስ ለጨረታ የቀረቡ ዕቃዎች ናሙና በሞያሌ እና በሁሉም መ/ጣቢያ የሚገኙ መጋዝኖቻችን እየሄዱ መመልከት አለባቸው::

6. ጨረታው የሚካሄደው ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የሚቆጠር በ8ኛው ቀን ሲሆን ጨረታው ከጠዋቱ 3፡45 (ሦስት ሰዓት ከአርባ አምስት ደቅቃ ተዘግቶ 4፡00 (አራት ሰዓት) ላይ ይከፈታል።

7. ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 6 በተገለጸው ጋዜጣው ከታተመበት ቀን ጀምሮ የሚቆጠር 8ኛው ቀን የሥራ ቀን ሳይሆን ሲቀር ጨረታው መዝጊያ እና መክፈቻ ቀን በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይሆናል፡፡

8. ለጨረታው አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታው ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ (CPO) ከሚከፍሉት ዋጋ ጋር የሚታሰብላቸው ሲሆን ለተሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ደግሞ የጨረታውን ውጤት ከተገለጸበ 3 ቀናት ውስጥ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል፡፡

9. አሸናፊ ተጫራች ማሸነፋቸውን በደብዳቤ ወይም በማስታወቂያ ከተገለጸላቸው ተን ጀምሮ በ 5 ቀናት ውስጥ ያሸነፉበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ በማድረግ ዕቃውን መረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

10. ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 9 በተገለጹት ቀናት ውስጥ ክፍያውን ገቢ ያላደረገ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት CPO ለመ/ቤቱ ገቢ ሆኖ ዕቃው በድጋሚ ለሽያጭ ይቀርባል፡፡

11. ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

2. The Bank, therefore, invites technically competent and commercially competitive proposals from bidders for the acquisition and implementation of the high-performance compute servers with a private cloud platform listed here under.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other Relevant Laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.

4.
