ስለሆነም ማንኛውም ተጫራች ንብረቶቹ ባሉበት መካኒሳ ዋናው መስሪያቤት በመመልከት እና የጨረታ ሰነዱን በብር 100 /አንድ መቶ ብቻ በመግዛት ከሰኔ 5 እስከ 18 /2018 ዓ.ም እስከ ቀኑ 10፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ለጠቅላላው ንብረቶች የጅምላ ዋጋ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ በመክተት መጫረት የሚቻል መሆኑን እየገለጽን ማንኛውም ተጫራች በቅድሚያ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር በባንክ በተረጋገጠ በሲፒኦ 50,000.00 / ሀምሳ ሺህ / በኤንቬሎፕ በታሸገ ፖስታ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ማስገባት ይኖርበታል፡፡

የፍ/ባለመብት ቤዛዊት ስሜነህ እና በፍ/ባለዕዳ እነ ሙሉነሽ እጅጉ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌ/መ/ደ/ፍ/ቤት በኮ/መ/ቁ/190022 በቀን 11/11/2015 ዓ.ም በዋለው ችሎት በሰጠው ውሳኔ እና የፌ/መ/ደ/ፍ/ቤት በኮ/መ/ቁ/212616 በቀን 14/04/2018ዓ.ም በዋለው ችሎት በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ መሠረት በን/ስ/ላ/ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 02 የቤት ቁጥር 1387 የሆነ የካርታ ቁጥር AA0008021744/1781/1736/1613/1 የሚታወቅ የቦታ ስፋት 132,12 ካ/ሜ ሽያጭ መነሻ ዋጋ 4,402,504.19 ( አራት ሚሊዮን አራት መቶ ሁለት ሺህ አምስት መቶ አራት ከ9/100) ሆኖ የትራንዛክሽን ታክስ ገዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ ሚያዚያ 16 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም በሐራጅ ለመሸጥ ቀጠሮ የተያዘ ቢሆንም በዕለቱ ተጫች ባለመቅረቡ ምክንያት ጨረታው ሳይከናወን ቀርቷል። ስለሆነም በፌ/መ/ደ/ፍ/ቤት በኮ/መ/ቁ.212616 በቀን 28/08/2018 ዓ.ም በተሰጠው ትዕዛዝ መሰረት ድጋሚ ሐራጅ ሆኖ 1/4ኛ 1,100,626.04( አንድ ሚሊዮን አንድ መቶ ሺህ ስድስት መቶ ሃያ ስድስት ከ04/100) ሆኖ የትራንዛክሽን ታክስ ገዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ ሐምሌ 8 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም በሐራጅ ይሸጣል፡፡ የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ በ4፡30 ሰዓት ተጀምሮ የቀረቡ ተጫራቾች ተመዝግበው እንደተጠናቀቀ ወዲያውኑ ጨረታው የሚካሄድ ይሆናል፡፡

የሐራጁ ሽያጭ የሚካሄደው በፌደራል ፍርድ ቤቶች የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጽ/ቤት የጨረታ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ሲሆን፣ ንብረቱን ተጫርተው ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ቀደም ብሎ ባሉት አራት የሥራ ቀናቶች ውስጥ ባለመብቱ ለማስጎብኘት በሚመርጧቸው ሶስት የስራ ቀናት በፌ/ፍ/ቤቶች ፍርድ አፈፃፀም ጽ/ቤት ሐራጅ ክፍል ድረስ ከጠዋቱ በ3፡30 ጀምሮ በመገኘትና ባለመብቱ በሚያቀርበው ትራንስፓርት ንብረቱን ባለበት ቦታ ድረስ በመውሰድ መጎብኘት የሚችሉ ሲሆን እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች በሚጫረትበት ወቅት የንብረቱን ግምት 1/4 ኛውን በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ C.PO ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ከ1/4ኛ አስበልጦም ሆነ አሳንሶ CPO የሚመጣ ተጫራች በጨረታው አይካፈልም፡፡ በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ግለሰብ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ገንዘብ በአጠቃላይ ጨረታውን ከአሸነፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በፍ/አ/ጽ/ቤት/ስም CPO አሰርተው በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በተከፈተ አሰርቶ ሙሉ ገንዘቡን በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነ በጨረታ ያሸነፈበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ ሳያደርግ ቀርቶ በቀጣይ ጨረታ ተደርጎ ጨረታው ከበፊቱ ጨረታ ቀንሶ ከተሸጠ ገዥው በልዩነት ተጠያቂ እንደሚሆን የፍ/አ/ጽ/ቤት ንብረቱን በህጋዊ መንገድ በሀራጅ ስለመሸጡ ለሚመለከተው አካል ማስረጃ ከመፃፍ ባለፈ ስም የማዞወር ግዴታ የሌለበት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡ ለበለጠ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር +251112730852 በመደወል መጠየቅ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡

የአዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የጉምሩክ ሕግን ተላልፈው የተያዙ የተለያዩ የኮንትሮባንድ እቃዎችን በቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በ 13/0/2018 ዓ/ም በግልጽና በሐራጅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል። በመሆኑም በጨረታው መሳተፍ የምትፈልጉ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በአዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በአካል በመገኘት መግዛት ወይም በአዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ስም በተከፈተ ቀጥታ አካውንት በተጫራች ስም የማይመለስ 100 (አንድ መቶ) ብር በማስገባት የጨረታ ሰነድ ባሉበት ቦታ በቴሌግራም እንዲላክሎት በማድረግ ለጨረታ የቀረቡትን የዕቃዎችን ዝርዝር ከጨረታሰነዱበማየትናእናበማረጋገጥየሚከተሉትንዝርዝርመስፈርቶችበማሟላትበጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚቻል ሲሆን የእቃዎችን ሳምፕል ከቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት፣ ከአዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ ቤት በቴሌግራም ማየት የሚቻል መሆኑንና ወደ ቃሊቲ እንዲመጣልዎት የምትፈልጉት የዕቃ ናሙና ካለ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በወጣበት ቀን በስልክ ቁጥር፡- 022-224-1402 በመደወል ወደ ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት እንዲመጣልዎት ማድረግ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን።

የጨረታ መስፈርቶች፡-

1. ለጨረታ በቀረቡት ዕቃዎች ላይ ለመሳተፍ የሚያስፈልግ ተጫራች በጨረታ ከሚሸጡ ዕቃዎች ጋር በዘርፉ የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለ ስለመሆኑ ክሊራንሰ (Clearance) እና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እንቅስሴያቸውን ለታክስ ማዕከሉ ያሳወቁበት፣ በቅርብ ጊዜ የተሰጣቸው የምስክር ወረቀት እና የመለያ ቁጥሩን ከመጫረቻ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዞ ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት እስከ 13/10/2018 ዓ.ም ባሉት ቀናት እስከ ጠዋቱ 3፡45 ሰዓት እንዲሁም ለሐራጅ ጨረታ በዚሁ ቀን እስከ ረፋዱ 5፡00 ሰዓት የዕቃውን ዝርዝር የያዘ የጨረታ ሰነድ አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በአካል በመገኘት በመግዛት ወይም በአዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ስም በተከፈተ ቀጥታ አካውንት የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 /አንድ መቶ ብር / በማስገባት የጨረታ ሰነድ ባሉበት በቴሌግራም እንዲላክሎት ማድረግ ይችላሉ፡፡

3. ለግልጽ ጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (cpo) የሚወዳደሩበት ዕቃ ኮድ 5% እንዲሁም ለሐራጅ ጨረታ ለሚወዳደሩበት ዕቃ ኮድ ብር 100,000 (አንድ መቶ ሺህ ብር) በባንክ አሠርተው በአዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ስም ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል።

4. ተጫራቾች በሚከተለው የጨረታ ቀናት (እስኬጁል) መሰረት በቃሊቲ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በመገኘት መጫረት ይችላሉ፡፡

5. የጨረታው መከፈቻ ቦታ በቃሊቲ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የሚካሄድ ሲሆን ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባሉበት ወይም በታዛቢዎች ፊት ይከፈታል::

6. ለጨረታው አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታው ዋስትና ያስያዙት (C.P.O) ከሚከፍሉት ዋጋ ጋር የሚታሰብላቸው ሲሆን ለተሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ደግሞ የጨረታ ውጤት ከተለጠፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ3 የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል።

7. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ማሸነፋቸው በደብዳቤ ከተገለጸላቸው ቀን ጀምሮ በ3 ቀናት ውስጥ ያሸነፈበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ በማድረግ ዕቃውን በመረከብ ከመጋዘን ማውጣት ይኖርባቸዋል።

8. ከላይ በተ.ቁ.7 በተገለጹት ቀናት ውስጥ ክፍያውን ገቢ ያላደረጉ እና ንብረቱን ተረክበው ያልወሰዱ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታው ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ እና ለንብረቱ የከፈሉት ዋጋ ለኮሚሽኑ ገቢ ሆኖ ዕቃው በድጋሚ ለሽያጭ ይቀርባል።

9. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊል ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

1. The government of south west Ethiopia Regional State Represented by Transport and Road Development Bureau has allocated budget by region with Regional Capital source

1. The Government of Ethiopia has received finance from the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation to set up food testing laboratory at the IAIPS and RTCs, The Amhara Industrial Parks'

Development Corporation now invites eligible bidders with work licenses

i. Electrical, Electro mechanical/EM/ or related business license for Burie IAIP and Enjibara RTC lab AC and Gas line system supply, installation, and testing. (Lot 3).

ii. General Contractor /GC/ Grade 5 and above for Enjibara RTC lab renovation work (Lot 4)

2. Bidding will be through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with the procedures of the World Bank Guideline, and Standard Bidding Document used is the recent version of FPPA.
