የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ፤

ሕብረት ባንክ አ.ማ. በቅርንጫፉ በኩል ለሰጠው ብድር በመያዣነት የያዘውንና ከዚህ በታች የተመለከተውን ንብረት በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216 92 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት በግልፅ ሐራጅ(ጨረታ) አወዳድሮ ይሸጣል::

የሐራጅ ደንቦች፡

1. ተጫራቾች የሐራጁን መነሻ ዋጋ አንድ አራተኛ በሕብረት ባንክ አ.ማ.(Hibret Bank S.C) ስም የተሰራ የባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ(ሲ.ፒ.ኦ.) ብቻ በማስያዝ መጫረት ይችላሉ::ከባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ(ሲ.ፒ.ኦ) ውጭ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስያዣ ተቀባይነት የለውም::

2. ለሐራጅ የቀረበውን ንብረት ለመጎብኘት የሚፈልግ ተጫራች ከቅርንጫፉ ወይም ከሕግ አገልግሎት መምሪያ ጋር አስቀድሞ ቀጠሮ በመያዝ ከጨረታው ዕለት ሶስት ቀናት በፊት መጎብኘት ይችላል::

3. በሐራጅ ላይ መገኘት የሚችሉት ተጫራቾች፣ ተበዳሪ እና አስያዥ ብቻ ናቸው::

4. ተጫራቾች በሐራጅ ለመሳተፍ ሲመጡ መታወቂያ መያዝ ይገባቸዋል::ተጫራቾች የሕግ ሰውነት የተሰጣቸው አካላት ከሆኑ ደግሞ ሕጋዊ ሰውነት ያገኙበትን የዋና ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት እና ሐራጁን ለመሳተፍ የቀረበው ሰው ስልጣኑን የሚያሳይ በሰነዶች ማረጋገጫና ምዝገባ ፅ/ቤት ወይም በተመሳሳይ አካል

የፀደቀ መመስረቻ ፅሁፍ(የመተዳደሪያ ደንብ)፣ቃለ ጉባኤ ወይም የውክልና ሰነድ ይዞ መቅረብ አለበት::

5. ሐራጁ የሚካሄደው ንብረቱ በሚገኝበት ቦታ ላይ ነው::

6. የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ ከሐራጁ መዝጊያ ሰዓት ሰላሳ ደቂቃ በፊት ይደረጋል::

7. ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ላልሰጡ ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ወዲያውኑ ይመለስላቸዋል::ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ለሰጠ ተጫራች ደግሞ ያቀረበውን ዋጋ ባንኩ ሲቀበለው ያሸነፈበትን ቀሪ ገንዘብ በአስራ አምስት ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃልሎ እንዲከፍል የሚገልፅ ደብዳቤ የሚሰጠው ሲሆን በዚህ ጊዜ ውስጥ ካልከፈለ ግን ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ሆኖ ሐራጁ ይሰረዛል::በተጨማሪም ንብረቱ በድጋሚ ለሐራጅ ሲቀርብ ለሚታየው የዋጋ ልዩነት ይጠየቃል::

8 ከፍ ሲል የተጠቀሰውን ንብረት ለሚገዛና የባንኩን የብድር ፖሊሲ እና መመሪያ መመዘኛዎች ለሚያሟላ ተጫራች በሚሰጠው ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ላይ ባንኩ 50 (ሃምሳ በመቶ) ብድር ያመቻቻል::

9. የጨረታው አሸናፊ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እና ሌሎች የጨረታ አሸናፊ እንዲከፍላቸው በሕግ የተወሰኑ ክፍያዎችን ይከፍላል::

10 ባንኩ በማንኛውም ጊዜ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

11 ለተጨማሪ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር- አምቦ ቅርንጫፍ፡ 0112 60 99 84/14 ወይም የሕግ አገልግሎት መምሪያ፡ 0114 70 03 1547/4103 ደውሎ መጠየቅ ይቻላል፡፡

የኮልፌ ቅዱስ ራጉኤል አዲስ ሕይወት አክሲዮን ማህበር የተለያየ አገልግሎት ሲሰጡ የነበሩና ስብርባሪ ብረቶችና እንጨቶች እንዲሁም የቧኞ ቤትና የሽንት ቤት እቃዎች በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል።

የእቃዎቹ ዝርዝር እንደሚከተለው ነው።

ተጫሪቾች ማሟላት የሚገባቸው መስፈርቶች፡-

1. በዘርፋ 2018 ዓ.ም የታደሰ ህጋዊ ንግድ ፈቃድ እና የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት፣

2. የቫት እና የግብር ከፋይነት ሰርቲፈኬት(ፐWN Number)፣

3. ለሚከፈለው ክፍያ ህጋዊ ደረሰኝ ማቅረብ የሚችል፣

4. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 5,000 ባንክ ሲፒኦ (CPO) አሰርቶ በማህበሩ ስም ማስያዝ የሚችል ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ሁኔታዎች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በተከታታይ 10 (በአስር) የሥራ ቀናት ቅዳሜ ግማሽ ቀን ጨምሮ የጨረታ ሰነድ ከአክሲዮን ማህበሩ የማይመለስ ብር 200 (አምስት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል መግዛት የሚችሉ ሲሆን የሞሉትን የመጫረቻ ዋጋቸውንና አሰፈላጊ ሰነዶችን በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ማስገባት ትችላላችሁ።

5. ጨረታው ከወጣበት ቀን አስረኛው ቀን 8፡30 ሰአት ተዘግቶ በዛው ዕለት 9፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በአክሲዮን ማህበሩ ጽ/ቤት ይከፈታል። የመክፈቻ ቀን አማህበሩ ለተወዳዳሪዎች በስልክ ያሳውቃል

6. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ማሸነፋቸውን በደብዳቤ ከተገለፀላቸው ቀን ጀምሮ በ3 (ሶስት) ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ያሸነፈበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ በማድረግ እቃውን በመረከብ ካለበት ማንሳት ይኖርበታል።

7. ለእቃው ማንሻና ማጓጓዣ ወጪ በአሸናፊው የሚሸፈን መሆኑን መታወቅ ይኖርበታል።

8. አሸናፊ ተጫራች ንብረቱን ተረክቦ ያልወሰደ ተጫራች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለአ/ማህበሩ ገቢ ሆኖ እቃው በድጋሚ በጨረታ ለሽያጭ ይቀርባል።

ማሳሰቢያ፡- ማህበሩ የተሻለ አመራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፈልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

የመጀመርያ ዙር የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ

የሐራጅ ቁጥር ዳባ/መቐዲ/0044/2026

ዳሸን ባንክ አ.ማ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት የሚከተሉትን የተበዳሪዎች ወይም የንብረት አስያዦች ቤቶችን ባሉበት ሁኔታ በሐራጅ ይሸጣል።

ማሳሰቢያ

1. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ 25% የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በዳሸን ባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (CPO) በጨረታው ዕለት ይዘው በመቅረብ መመዝገብ ይችላሉ።

2. ጨረታው በሰንጠረዡ ላይ በተገለፀው ቀን እና ሰዓት ቤቱ በሚገኝበት አድራሻ ይካሄዳል።

3. ለመንግስት የሚከፈል ግብር፣ ታክስ ፣ውዝፍ የሊዝ ክፍያ፣ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስን እና ሌላም ከስም ዝውውር ጋር የሚገናኙ ወጪዎችን ገዢው ይከፍላል።

4. ከፍተኛ ዋጋ የሰጠው ተጫራች የጨረታው አሸናፊ ነው የሚባለው ከባንኩ አሸናፊነቱን የሚገልፅ ደብዳቤ በጽሁፍ ሲደርሰው ብቻ ነው።

5. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ደብዳቤ ከተሰጠበት ቀን ጀምሮ ያሸነፈበትን ዋጋ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ አጠናቆ መክፈል ይኖርበታል፡፡ ባይከፈል ግን ጨረታው ተሰርዞ ያስያዘዉውገንዘብ አይመለስለትም። በጨረታውለተሸነፉ ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ሲ.ፒ.ኦ. ወዲያውኑ ይመለስላቸዋል።

6. በጨረታው ላይ አስያዥና ተበዳሪው ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው መገኘት ይችላሉ፣ ባይገኙም ጨረታው በሌሉበት ይካሄዳል።

7. የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ ከሓራጅ መዝጊያ 10 ደቂቃ በፊት ይጠናቀቃል።

8. ጨረታው ተጀምሮ በተቀመጠው ሰዓት ውስጥ ካልተጠናቀቀ ሊራዘም ይችላል።

9. ባንኩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

ግልፅ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የቦሩ ሜዳ ጠ/ሆስፒታል ለ2018 በጀት ዓመት አገልግሎት የሚውል ከዚህ በታች የቀረበውን ዝርዝር በግልፅ ጨረታ ዘዴ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል።

ስለሆነም ከዚህ በታች በቀረበው ሎት ዝርዝር መሰረት።

1. ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱበት ለሁሉም ሎት የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ (የስራ ፍቃድ) ያላቸው የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው።

2. ግዥው ከ200000 /ሁለት መቶ ሺህ ብር/ በላይ ለሆነ እቃ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ /ቫት ተዝጋቢ የሆኑ

3. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (Tïn) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት 300(ሶስት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል ዘወትር በስራ ሰአት በሆስፒታል ግቢ በመቅረብ ከዛሬ ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት ተከታታይ 15(አስራ አምስት) ቀን ውስጥ በመምጣት መውሰድ ይችላሉ።

4. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ሰነድ ዋናውን በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ከላይ በተጠቀሰው አድራሻ ወይም ቢሮ ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ማስታወቂያው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ 4፡30 ይከፈታል። በተጠቀሰው ሰዓት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። መጫረቻ ሰነድ ላይ ሲሞሉ ለሁሉም ሎት ቫትን ወይም TOT ጨምሮ መሆን ይኖርበታል። ለሁሉም ሎቶች የውለታ ማስከበሪያ በመመሪያው መሰረት ውል ይወስዳሉ።

5. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር ከላይ በሰንጠረዡ በተገለፀው መሰረት ከባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ወይም ጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል።

6. ተጫራቾች ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር አብሮ በቀረበው የጨረታ መመሪያ መሰረት ተገዥ መሆን ይጠበቅባቸዋል። ንብረቶችን መረካከቢያ ቦታ ሆስፒታል ግቢ ይሆናል። ሆ/ሉ ቫት ሰብሳቢ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን። በቼክ ማስያዝ አይቻልም፡፡

7. ጨረታው ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ 40 ቀን

8. ሆስፒታሉ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። ተጫራቾች በሚከፈትበት ቀን ቢኖሩም ባይኖሩም ከመከፈት የሚያስተጓጉል ነገር አይኖርም። የጨረታ ሳጥኑ የሚከፈትበት ቀን ቅዳሜና እሁድ ወይንም በበዓል ቀን የሚሆን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን ይከፈታል።

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH would like to invite all interested and eligible local suppliers to submit technical specifications, financial offers and warranties for the supply, transportation, installation and training of solar street light systems as per the attached specifications.

Only Electronic Submissions will be accepted:

Eligible local suppliers interested in the GIZ Office proposal for supplying the items with the required services are invited to submit their financial offers, technical specifications and warranties separately with zip folder via email to ET_Goods_Quotation@giz.de  with mentioning the reference number (7000000311) on the subject line of the email. The technical offer must not include any price information, and both the technical and financial offers should be submitted as PDF documents separately. For those who are interested, the tender documents; specifications, price sheet, self-declaration and general purchase conditions are available at afrotender.com.

Special conditions and instructions:

-Bidders should submit their bid documents only through email.

-The price offer must be submitted in EUR and specified according to the price sheet.

-The Order will also be concluded in EUR. However, payment will be made in ETB using the applicable bank exchange rate during payment.

-Suppliers must attach a renewed business license, TIN and VAT registrations.

-Supplier must have a legal invoice.

-The supplier must clearly indicate whether the price offer is before or after VAT.

-The price offer must be prepared using the price sheet template provided in the tender document.

-The delivery and installation places are at the specified sites as attached to the tender documents. (Gambella Region, Luackdong refugee camp)

-Supplier should present a document of Certificate of Origin (If the items are imported from abroad) for the Items to be purchased, In the absence of such document the supplier must fill the attached checklist.

-The offer might be rejected or disqualified:

A if technical specifications and financial offers are not submitted separately,

B if the reference number is not indicated on the subject line of the email.

C if legal documents/licenses are submitted as technical specifications.

D If the offer presented is incomplete, which signifies that it fails to encompass all the items that are included within a single lot.

-Please consider general purchase conditions attached for your offer preparation.

-The offer should be submitted in the language of the tender documents.

-The validity date of your offer should be 60 days.

Therefore, those who fulfil the below criteria are cordially invited to participate in the open bid.

1. Possessing a legal trade license in the field of Playground work and submit copy of the license.

2. Providing TIN certificate’s visible copy and a VAT registered who have a declaration of 2026 G.C /2018 E.C, if legally exempted, then a formal letter from the legally authorized firm that witnesses that he/she is exempted.

Schools in Axum shall receive:4 Balances,4 Swings,4 Merry-go-rounds 4 Slides

Schools in Samre shall receive:3 Balances,3 Swings,3 Merry-go-rounds ,3 Slides

Schools in Kolla Temben(Guya & Debretsehay Primary school) shall receive:2 Balances,2 Swings,2 Merry-go-rounds,2 Slides

6. The Materials shall the same with the available sample, with no different size must be alike to each other. A sample of Outdoor Playground Materials is available with us for ease of provision as per the sample.

7. The winning seller must make a formal agreement with us in seven days from the time he/she is notified and who can proving that the Outdoor Playground Materials are delivered in proper specification as per the sample given,.

8. Competitors are expected to take the bidding formats from our office from February 10 - February 23 , 2026 in working hours.

9. Competitors will be submitting collateral of Birr 100,000.00 in CPO form written in the name of SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES from well-known legal banks in the date of the bid submission.

10. The bid process will be closed on February 23, 2026, at 2:00 pm and open at 2:30 pm in the presence of the bidding parties or with their legal representatives.

11. The winner will deliver the materials by his/her own transport cost to each place with their respective amounts

12. Our firm will not abide by the bidding process in case any better alternative finds, and this may include fully cancelation.

13. After opening the bid, we have the privilege to add or deduct the amounts up to 20% of the total amounts proposed.
